Why do some residents think they can threaten me over issues that is not life threatening?

Last minute.....a pipe at a floor of the unit bursted.

 

So me and the property officer stayed back and at least went to the upper and lower units and informed the residents there, that we have to shut off the water supply tomorrow.

 

Poor gal still has to rush to other blocks to take pictures of the signages for quotations.

 

So I volunteered to stay back and at least just prepare a notice and print it out.

 

I cannot imagine, that tomorrow, when folks are having problems with their water supply, and the Property Managing Office is closed at half day......how much chaos there will be.

I haven't sleep since I woke up on Thursday. Even though my eye lids are heavy now and I closed my eyes, trying to rest and fall asleep, but my mind like not keen to rest leh.

Am sick, with MC, and in the office receiving lots of issues.

 

One most major one is about the lifts, where we might be fined for not completing certain works.

 

Unfortunately, I have no head and tail about it.

 

So now I am having to throw some temper around and hoepfully get things done or at least push some things and do things much later.

Thankfully he did, but I still wake up early to help to feed him. How's your battle with insomia? Can go and cure it by digging up old threads in this section. I did it 3 years ago. That time I think was already 96 pages with 40 threads per page set on my browser.

Chinese National tourists at Ocean Park. The elderly cut queue like nobody's business, they talk loudly that even in the open air, I can hear them over the crowd(maybe that's why they talk loudly) and some of the women don't shave. The 1st part has been bugging me at the bus terminal when I was trying to queue up with my family and the elder Chinese Nationals seem quite agile for their age.

 

Also the roller coaster ride is no fun. After riding a 1450cc bike for almost 3 years and accelerating to 120 km/h at a flick of my wrist, roller coaster rides isn't fun anymore.

that's good to hear. with this type of sun this second, rain the next second, even adult will get sick easily, let along small children.

 

hmm, my insomnia is getting better too. i went to play basketball the other day from 10am to 10pm, expended all the spare energy. so far so good at night, hopefully.

Work is bugging me.

 

I have an unsupportive bozz and a really 13 year old bylaws with no amendments properly documented in there.

 

And hopping mad this morning dealing with people who tries to act superior and is going about it as stupid as they can.

 

And they claim that I am regimental. Well.....in that case, I do not mind taking on the really regimental role, and let my chairman acts the good guy. No big deal.....the chairman has better be prepared to take on being the good guy role and dont hamper my 'evil making'.

I came back from the storeroom with plenty of pieces of constructions plans which I do not know how to read.

 

Then as I was giving instruction to my staff to move things into the store.....I walk past her table and got my handphone wire hooked on a corner and basically broke my earphones clip.

 

Its my favourite earphones cos it function like normal walkman and radio atenna for my handphone! I like listening to radio!

 

The blue tooth ones cannot listen to radio thats why I always look like I am wired. Now the clip is broken, and its one piece with the phone/mike button! How!

The rising petrol prices is bugging me right now!

the rise in petrol prices are bugging me now too. 1 alternative is to go to jb. but the risk of bike getting stolen is high.
