Going quickly through my bucket list... before it is too late...

It doesn't make any difference whether a motorcyclist has the right-of-way or not, the rider is the one most likely to get hurt.

Doctors are also human. They cannot predict or say when our time is up. They are merely just guessing. Have a friend whom when he was born doctor told his family that the he will not live past 21 years old. Fast forward to this day that baby is in his 30s and happily married with kids. So do not lose hope. Only God can decide when its your time. Meanwhile try to make the best of every situation possible. Not sure if its a coincidence or what but I just came across this article. http://www.weeklyhealthylife.com/horrifying-professor-from-berkely-college-says-people-do-not-die-from-cancer-people-die-from-chemotherapy-and-in-terrible-pain/  Edited by duo

I read that eat soursop can kill cancer cells. Not 100% confirmed, but harm trying if you like to eat soursops.

No need eat like siao every meal. Just eat like you eat apples and oranges. :)

I read that once too. But with all these alternatives there will be articles against it. This industry is worth billions. There are also articles on cannabis curing cancer. And again as always there will be other articles against it too. The 'man' does not want to lose out on reaping from this billion dollar industry. For now nothing is certain.

I long time no log in, looks likes since September.

Been a very busy month I guess. With Formula GP, with amp up volunteer recruitments and events, been to dinners as well as new assignments.

Sorry MrBiker, didn't see you on that. Hope you are feeling better.

Its never easy being sick. From needing cash to pay bills, to feeding to washing and various other stuff.

Hope you are doing well. Decent help at home and all. Probably now will be a good time to start on Chinese medicinal stuff. For maintenance so called, as Chemo and Radio therapy does kills off a lot of stuff and you will need to rebuild up your immune system slowly and surely.

Several traditional meds hall are free, and you can offer in donations. And packet Chinese medicinal herbs stuff are fairly cheap once you give them a prescription. Even a Electric Herb Tea Brew Pot, if you got some help, get from Hong Kong and China is dirt cheap, or won't go above S$100.

And so called best male friend finally had tea with me.

And we yak for an hour over volunteer organisation stuff and people.

He says I lost weight. I returned to office, weigh myself on the ultra digital weighing scale and nope....still at 68.4kg. Still menopausal.....still consistently PMS due to the body hormones haywire. And flu like symptoms for the last month, with no fever. Sigh....

well ,it doesnt really bother me. cancer of the stomach is very common nowadays. according to some books i read, a type A blood person is more prone to getting it. for me, yup the chances are high, but there must be a trigger to cause it. such as smoking, taking salted food, stress and such

Might as well. I usually post on Facebook and does not post on forum. But here goes.

Last night was a to me, hilarious Chirstmas Party. Where I made several Faux Pas.

I saw the Cmmdr of the Volunteer Force walked to us, A whole line of us seated at the Sofa at the far end of the Party. I thought he said he wants to take group pics with us, so I helped up an senior officer with a Slipped disc, and I went alone towards the Christmas Tree to get ready. So waiting for a long while, didn't see the group. Went back, and they tell me. That Cmmdr says: "Why I come over to talk to you all, you all stand up and leave?"

AKA.......I snubbed the poor fella....

He definitely was hurt, because he went and sat elsewhere to chit chat with some other officers.

Anyway, I did try to explain to him, but I think he didn't borther to listen.

Anyway, fast forward later, Group picture time. I was happily hiding behind some fellas and the photographer insist I go forward. So I did, stepped next to a guy, and he turns with a starlted look....and he is the Cmmdr.

I went oppps..........(Come on lah. the highest ranking is always standing at the centre. Why the hell he is standing at the extreme Right on the back row! Not as if he is very tall!)

Anyway, another officer was calling me from the other end at the group for me to shift over. So I did.

AKA....I snubbed that poor fella twice.

From my previous work experience I've come to this conclusion. There's always 2 ways to answer a top mngt question, the 'marketing' way or the 'engineering' way.. One beautifies the problem and says it's not a problem while the other states the problem as it is. But ultimately who would u think they'd listen to?

One of the biggest proof nowadays? VW..

Just my humble opinion.

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

Been getting too many loanshark calls.

They disguise themselves as licenced money lenders. And I even has really rude and nasty callers. Even when told nicely, that I do not need their service.

Anyway. I didn't have time, but I did dug out enough info and has this very basic info to share.

"Under the IPTO rules and Privacy acts in Singapore. Money Lenders are not allowed to advertise their services in the form of SMS or telemarketing."

"Loanshark activities carries a penalty of S$30 000-S$500 000, jail up to five years and liable to 12 strokes of Cane."

Loanshark activities no longer are restricted to only Harrassment. ie splashing paint or serving as runners.

Even now, selling of prepaid phone cards to such persons, telemarketing for such money lending services carries the same penalty.

Is it those unknown numbers sending asvertisements for loans that are sent via whatsapp/SMS? I think our numbers/info were sold off by banks etc. Just like how sometimes banks will call to promote some insurance plan by some insurance companies. Also receiving calls from fitness centres/gyms supposedly giving out free memberships. Always calling up at the most inconvenient times. I may be wrong tho.
