The P200 brand new price should be between 7 and 8k . Closer to 8k - this includes COE and road tax as well as an estimation of your insurance, so ballpark figure depending on your insurance criteria.

I don't know about the front fairing of the P220, I would think yes. But the main issue is to bring it to SG - you won;t find it here.

 

I agree with previous advices to go to Universal Motors to ask questions and see the bikes. Even if it's far from where you stay, it's worth it. And if you go with a second hand bike, they are the workshop you can trust the most when it comes to giving you a second hand Pulsar in good condition. Their second hand are often more pricey then in other bikeshops but they've done everything that needs to be done on the bike, inside out. You can ride it with full confidence.

 

If you have the budget, go for a new P200.

Next choice is a second hand P200 and then a second hand 180 UG4.

A brand new 135 can do to, if you're happy with that type of power.

 

Don't hesitate to ask all your questions here, there are no silly questions, you'll learn more by being curious and you'll be more confident in your choice of bike, so anything you want to know just post here and someone will answer

And I realised the Bajaj has a couple of models. The 135, 180, 200. Is there much difference between those 3? Thanks very much again for the replies guys.. Most probably going down this week to either AS Phoon or JC motors along Bendemeer Road to get it. Universal Motors is quite far liao. I stay in Pasir Ris. And I promise you all that I'll come down to the next group outing after getting my pulsar

tink the brake reservoir mount might nt fit on ours.. it seems to be using the screws from the brake reservoir.. a sizing problem.. but like alvin mentioned.. no point putting there.. cuz vibrations will be more.. heh..

tink you can get the u mount plus the long arm and the camera mount.. like that can extend the vid cam properly above the windshield and see the road properly.. unless you remove your number plate and put it elsewhere.. lol..

hey hoo bro. i bought my p200 a year ago at Albert Motors, couple of shops down UM. Apart from going there monthly to pay my installments and only the first 3 months for the free change of eo, i've been heading to UM ever since! haha. i wouldn't have minded paying that extra $500 for their services and friendly staff if i had known.

Some people have the chance to do the job they always wanted, and it's a passion for them. Some just need something to pay the bills and they can;t care less about what they do, they can take any job as long as it provides for what they need.
