These are actually top boxes, but put on the side, isn't it? When you open the lid it opens outwards, kinda wierd. How can you put anything inside it? The moment you open the lid everything will fall out Especially if there are lots of small things.

it is shaped like a topbox but is actuali meant for the side..yes u can put at the top also coz its monokey..but even the givi trekker(e steel box) can also put at the top coz its monokey..givi/kappa juz givin u more option to play around wif ur boxes. but of coz..if u reali wan sumthing which looks like a sidebox..den will be v35 or k33..but both will require a plx rack, cannot use monokey rack.

haha.. I feel ya, same here. But for the pulsar.. I think hardshell boxes are a bit much if too big. The ones like MJ & Alvin use are OK I think because not too huge.

What i like the most about the saddglebags is the possibility to truly use it as a luggage and carry to the hotel room. Whereas with boxes they'd usually be fixed or too big/bulky/ugly to carry around. So you'd have small bags inside.

Also, soft saddlebags would allow me to "touch" other vehicles without scratches..

back at home now .... wish to go out but my old body too aching after a very long day from morning till now!! ....

 

10am - 1.30pm at UM doing my last racun .... feel kind of bad to mfk74 cos he have to wait for my ride to clear ...

 

rush back for home to take my laptop and archery stuffs to PJC for my lesson ... otw super heavy rain at bt panjang ....

 

heavy rain class still on to prepare them for inter chool competition ....

 

5.30pm ... rushed to NYP for another lesson ... weather still heavy down pour ... traffic jam from SLE wodlands all the way till exit Mandai due to accident involving 4 cars back to back .. lucky no motorcycle involve ...

 

6.30pm - 9.30 pm at NYP .. doing my lecture for my theory lesson for the new intake ...

 

otw to ktm .. then realised speed msged btwo cancelled ..... aiyoh ... feel tired and hungry ... then decided to go back first before heading to SGH to visit my sis in law who just delivered her 3rd child ....

 

weather still drizzling a bit .... ride home .... hmmm than having a second thought change my mind to rest at home cos my body too old already I guessed lah .. leg cramped and body ached after a long day .... my guess again .. too tired not becos of my work but due to the slow traffic under the great shower all over singapore!! ....

 

last not least ... here I am .. thank God for HIS gracious to have me reached home safely ... and thank to my best companion P200 SplitFire to have my journey reached my destination on time ... and thanks to my gear especially my RS TAICHI for having me dry doing my lecture in the aircon hall .... cos if I'm cold I will be sneezing all the way due to my sinus!!! ....

LED Hand Guards and Risers ... arrived safely around 6.30pm ..... BUT BUT BUT

 

since the shipping company in Indonesia make a silly mistake to state the items in USD instead of SGD .... the total amount $350 listed have to pay GST $40.50!!

Fyi ... all shipping items from overseas to Spore must not exceed SGD$400 and above to have the GST zero.

 

I gave a call to TNT servising to onhold the items till I get the Indon counterpart to rectify the problem but TNT stated they will charge the delay time since they have already ready to move out the items .... no choice cos to wait for the Indon to reply will take ages I guessed .. I have to proceed with shipment to send to my place.....

 

more story of the GST issue thought to share during btwo .. but since it was cancelled ... so here it is lah as a brief only .... anything you wanna to enquire abt the tax .. do msg me.

 

so guys and gal .. with heavy heart need your understanding lah to share the GST of $40.50 among the 15 pax ... to have the gomen $40.50 richer!! .. Pls bring along $2.70 if you collect your item from me ... thank you and my apology!!

yes ... $350 SGD was stated on the box from my supplier but the invoice from the shipping co stated in USD .. so they claimed from the invoice and not from the box !!!! ... sigh!
