What do you guys do with such huge boxes... ? I think I'll never understand this tendency in Singapore to have huge boxes, or boxes at all for that matter. I carry more gear than any of you, and I don't have the need for all this storage space.

It's amazing.. Riders who wanna have a car's space on 2 wheels. And it's not like every rider in SG needs to carry their work's equipment with them everyday. Yet, having a bike without boxes attracts attention it's so rare..

For a country this small, where the longest trip you'll ever make will probably not last more than 40min, and where there is everything you need in terms of drinks, food, petrol, shops etc, every single km you ride.

I just don't get it.. !

It's just a luxury and convienient stuff for myself. It's used for future when i'm starting my part time studies. Morning need to go work, then evening need to ride to sch. The distance is so far that is from tai seng to NTU. To piggyback lesser load/no load on my shoulder, i just installed side boxes. The top box rack is just too ugly for mi, that's why i did a side box. Next, big side box enough to hold a helm is the best, when reach sch, dont wanna carry the helmet + books + lappy in class, so it's another alternative for mi to put my bike cover.

Anyway, anyone here wanna buy used bike cover? I'm using oxford one... Just that installed new side box, the cover is way too small.. It's enough to cover up to class2 bikes with 600cc w/o sidebox. So if for pulsar bikes, it's definitely covering the whole bikey and could tie up a knot to make it stiff. Think of getting a XXXL sized bike cover. :) Motoworld sells oxford bike cover at 55, selling prolly ard 25~30. Used for 2mths only. Anyone wans? ^^

Trip to Mersing

Meetup at Esso Woodlands Ave 2 at 9am(hopefully jam will finish by then)

Slow and steady ride up to mersing to play the corners..look see look see den go back before 5pm. If wan OTOT at jb area go ahead :D

POC: Fredd

1) Brandon (Take pic time)

2) O`Ren

3)

4)

5)

Attire:

Fullface preferred but normal half-face helmet will do.

Armored Jacket preferred but u can wear elbow and knee pads no problem.

Gloves a must

Shoes a must

Riding Armored pants preferred but minimum will be jeans

Things to bring:

Passport and whitecard(if neva use MACS)

Ringgit Malaysia(if dun have let me noe we go money changer after clearin immigration)

Raincoat preferred but if u enjoy gettin wet its a personal preference :D

Camera if u wana take pictures along e way

Your bike is your own responsibility. Please make sure engine oil and all other fluids are sufficient for the ride. Ensure ur brakepads can still be used and tyres got enough pressure in it. Tyres and braking are essential for a ride like this with many corners.

If u didnt have enough slp e night b4 because of the excitement of going, ride safely and cautiously, u will encounter potholes and faeces and dead animals along e way. if u r lucky, u may even get to see an elephant crossing. this is not a race to mersing, juz an enjoyable trip up to encounter some sceneries we wun get to see in SG :D

I carry a lot of chickens. Normally, one large top box is enough for lappy, raingear, and my papers.
