I'm using duro tyres too mobilenerd. But i duno the size ah. Chris picked it for me. U all always say the size of the tyre but i duno what u all mean. Haha why got two numbers one. LOL

What do these terms mean?

 

Metric designation:

Example: 130/90-16 67 H

 

130 = Section width of the tire (130 mm)

90 = Aspect ratio (90%) (Section height divided by Section width as a percentage)

16 = Rim diameter (inches)

67 = Load rating (A numerical code which corresponds to the total laod carrying capacity at the speed indicated by the speed symbol)

H = Speed rating (see chart)

Hi guys. I just told a bike mechanic the feeling that i feel when i ride. Like when i turn corner. The bike seems to go into the corner more by itself. The mechanic got a feel of my steering and said there's something wrong with my cone bearing. My bike is still under warranty. But the mechanic said most shops will just loosen the cone rather than changing to a new one. Duno whether chris willing to change a new one for me not.

i don't scan but i zoom in hahahahaa ... yes they have stock!! ... got mine at same rate ..

$13 ... a pair of original japan ask brake shoes

$18 ... a pair of sbs brake pad

 

happens if you go there just inform them for pulsar bike will do!!

Morning mj. Just wanna ask. Is the cone bearing problem a common problem? Will this problem come up oftenly? What causes this problem n how to prevent e problem from happening?

steering cone bearings should last you for quite a while if your bike is a brand new bike.

there are many things which can cause wobbles.

 

1. tyre pressure wrong

2. brake pads uneven

3. brake discs warped

4. hanging things on handle bars

5. wrongly fitted grips

 

first thing you might want to check is get UM to tighten the centre bolt.

it might likely be a little loose.

 

if all fails, then go change your steering cone bearings.

The mechanic i know told me that loosening might solve e problem, but not in the long run. And also loosening will cause trembling. Sigh. Lesser than two months is not quite a while right? wondering what ive been doing wrongly or maybe something wrong with my riding style. Sighhh.
