You are talking about koso replica rite? Those that can be found on JB plate Sparks? They would be a good choice for pulsar but haven't found any online for 20$ so far.

There are couple of sparks in my car park have those mirrors I will take a pic later and upload. may be in JB they are cheap... hmm...

hmmm .. yes ahboy is cheap but the PR and Feel is not there .. at UM is more to family as when i go in everybody with give a smile and said to me "hello Jaffar" and once u feel thirsty just grab a mineral bottle in the fridge, or when i'm standing quite aome time , chris will come and say "hey jaffar have a sit lah and rest".. etc ...

and truely if you are more friendly with them, your labour cost at times it worth the pay with dat welcoming n friendliness environment ....

 

Very true what you say, Ah boy shop and workshop treat people like s-hit. The boss of Ah boy workshop actually looks like a gangster, he actually resembles the chinese villian from the movie bloodsport

 

But then still like to go there, feels more adventurous and thrilling when you take risk and discover something out of the obvious and save money at the same time.

they are nice looking but vibrate as hell if its plastic type...better get the metallic version but even then not entirely guaranteed it wont vibrate

mirrors must buy rizoma a pair for $300-400...

From what I remember when i was there a couple of months back, bike lots quite limited. Whether we can squeeze or not, I can't remember. Parking is near the open space where there is a kids play area.

 

 

Weather is good today so I rode. But will attend BTWO if I finish late at work. If too early dunno what to do to kill so many hours.

Guys, after further clarification from SBF Team member, I ask of you to please not conduct anymore MO in this thread.

For our usual helpful gathering of names and participants to buy together parts and products, SBF asks of us to follow their rules, and only post in the official MO section: "PRODUCTS MASS ORDERING" http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/25-Products-Mass-Ordering

 

Reasons are:

- We get official approval to conduct the MO on SBF

- It is visible to all SBF members, and not just for those who come read this thread

- Payment and product details are also visible to all, and the TS (Thread Starter) can be made accountable in case there are any issues

 

It sounds pretty fair and normal to me, SBF is hosting our discussions, it's only fair they encourage full transparency and visibility for MO, in case something goes wrong and they receive complains.

 

So you can still post here to let others know, but post a link to the MO Thread you started there, and Pulsarians will go there to register and state their interest.

No it's absolutely not just to make money.. please have a look first.. It's all sorts of MO, some are for commercial purposes but some are also by members to help each other.

Anyway, it doesn't change anything for us, so why would this make you retire ? Instead of posting here, you post there. Same format same forum.

Or you can do MOs on FB only, up to you guys..

I think the issue is if we do it here, its only our small group that shows interest and easier to manage. If it is done there it is visible to everybody, all sorts of people going to ask all sorts of questions whether it fits this bike or not etc etc. Also here we mostly know each other due to meet ups etc so its more personal, there its going to be dealing with strangers and you need to be more professional at it. Thats the only issue I foresee.
