hi guys,

i riding P180 UG1 currently. thinking of changing to 200NS. Checking with you guys, currently my ug1 with box the seat like quite squeeze when with pillon. for 200NS,is it the same? or the space more limited with box?

likely that is due to your rack and box too close to your pillion...

just need to make sure your rack and box is properly placed on 200ns then it should not have a problem...

Well said bro..

If everyone actually tested their bikes on e-braking from a pre-determined spot, you will be surprised at the distance it takes for your bike to come to a complete stop at 30km/h, 60km/h, 90km/h and so on..

We tend to be over-confident when it comes to riding, and when that happens, you switch from counting the accident-free days to counting-down to your accident day..

Why speed? There are easier ways to die without causing harm to others or putting others at risks..

I go slow, real slow .. Have not seen a pulsar speeding anyway.

Unless the road has no vehicles then i go a little bit faster i guess since im afraid of the dark & alone.

Pretty creepy when you're the only one travelling on expressway . Ulu-ulu one

Btw, do take note goes i realized singapore roads are getting more and more bumpy,

do ride slow and take care alright! =) See you guys on the road soon~

Am prudent and keep within budget. Family man lah.

Hope one day i get to do the same thing as you! :D

Im curious about one thing. Do you have a bike u nv sell and u are keeping it long? Something like a "base" bike

Posted

Hey guys just checking,as i was reading a little on forum stating maintenance records.

Seriously i did not keep any servicing records nor do i hold a vehicle log book for my pulsar.

Is it a need to keep tabs on your bike or is it just personal preference?

Nope. All depends on what I want.

Some bikes stay longer with me. Some don't if I get bored with it.

its a good practice to keep the records...

to keep track of the items you changed and also the faults...

nowadays no physical log book...

bike details on onemotoring website...

get your manual from the bike shop, inside have your maintenance schedule and also some pages for some simple tracking of your servicing...

yup i keep a small notepad in my bike, everything is recorded, servicing, mileage, litres of petrol, cost,

even bulb change and small servicings are all recorded with date and cost included.

honestly pulsar has been one of the cheapest and simple ride i ever have in my years of riding.

from sportsbike to cruiser to kupchai,to naked bike, it has so far turn me into a tame rider....

or what they call it relax rider with its quiet engine sound

it may not be fast but with adequate pick up and stability due to its weight and convenience of a box on top of the superb mileage that is constant.

:thumb: for this bike that makes me smile and be a much patient rider due to its limited performance and simple mechanism that this little machine has to offer:cheeky:

Anyone did hard engine break in in this forum for Pulsar 180?

And how is the speedometer compared to Spark 135?

Spark 100km/h meter is roughly how much on Pulsar?

Anyone ever encountered this comparison?

Would like to be a kaypoh :)

Road hogger @ 50km/h on 4th lane

A bike can go up till 200km/h, can the rider go up till 200km/h o_O

Hi Kaypoh, haha

Spark 135 meter 115kmh is approximately 90kmh on GPS.

200NS meter error is lesser. about 10% optimistic.

Why are you looking for 200NS? the ST200 has great torque right? Only let down is the poorer FC compared to 200NS. If I were you, keep the ST200.
