Hi Kaypoh, haha

Spark 135 meter 115kmh is approximately 90kmh on GPS.

200NS meter error is lesser. about 10% optimistic.

Why are you looking for 200NS? the ST200 has great torque right? Only let down is the poorer FC compared to 200NS. If I were you, keep the ST200.

Thanks.

Btw ever got the speed comparisons on Pulsar 180?

I'm more interested in 180, as it might be the bike i'm gonna get instead of 200NS.

180 is an old model, the 200NS is the latest one.theres no more new 180. in production.

180 is slower that 200 honestly i rather u get the 200. coz its much newer

Be it as it may, the fc for p180 is great. You lose a little torque but gain in getting better fc.

My rule of thumb is easy...what bike puts the biggest silly grin on your face is the bike to get.

As per @alvinyansg, UG4 is still in production.

Yes, many would recommend 200NS instead of 180, but i'd still go for 180.

180 and 200NS caters to different clientele, 200NS i'd say for the adventurous and wanting some thrill;

180 for those that just want a plain jane for transport.

Which is why I'm aiming the 180 instead of the 200NS.

If I want speed and thrill, I'd go for class 2. :)

Yes, the 180 lacks in all aspects, but excel in 1 particular attractive aspect - Fuel Consumption. :)

I'm a lousy and slow rider who knows nuts, that's why a slower bike suits me better than the 200NS :)

Though, I'm shelving my plans for the 180 till end of this year. So it's a long wait

Hi guys I hope can give me ideas how to maintain my bike.

Currently I'm riding a 180 UG2. Bout 7years old bike.

Every month I would bring to UM for engine oil and servicing.

Recently it has problems when starting up. I would need to press the electric start a few times and then twist my throttle to get my engine roaring.

This normally happens at night or after the rain.

Bear in mind I always park indoors and when no choice park outdoors I use a bike cover.

Dec - jan I changed my air filter & battery

Feb. it couldn't start so I had to tow it to UM.

Changed my spark plugs , CDI assembly , magnetic gasket , and this thing call diaphragm.

Early April. I changed my spark plugs again as I had to press my electric start a few times to start.

Then last sat the problem starts again. Have to press afew times to get my engine on.

Do you guys have any idea what I need to do to properly maintain my bike till its problem free.

The mech name I not so sure. His a msian with dyed hair, young dude quite vulgar but very friendly.

What's a starter?

Wash water ingestion. Sounds f - up.

The new batt voltage was ok. At least that what he said.

My cold start rpm is below 1krpm. Thats why I need to open throttle for awhile so it won't just die on me.

But after awhile it rises up to 1.6-1.7 as I adjust it to be higher then the 1.4krpm originally.

Some stupid question but can't get it out of my mind.

Are we able to change the fuel tank to some other bike's fuel tank?

mind sharing the reason why you want to change?

the mileage for a tank size of 12L is quite good...
