Hi Crazy, certainly any warnings of potential danger on the road is not regarded as waste of time. Good suggestion of yours to have this. Although only limited to CB400 forumers, you still can start here. Then slowly search around to see which thread you think is more prominent to share this information efficiently.

CTE Merchant road heading towards AYE, going into the tunnel there's a dangerous bend. slammed my ver s into the wall, pretty bad experience >

i ever slipped a couple on times on the metal strip on BKE to KJE. lucky didn't corner too low..scary..same for the SLE to BKE section..daily route to work.

i tink some of us will take the same route everyday to and fro from work everyday like myself (ochard to punggol via CTE and upper serangoon rd). after sometimes we may think that we know the road all to very well even the bumps and the drain covers. however, we must realise that the road conditions are everchanging.

 

so be alert at all times.

Dual lane slip road exit from PIE (towards airport) to Clementi Ave 6.

 

I try to lane change and overtake a van while spiralling up the exit at 60km/hr. Have that kind of feeling that i can't make it through the corner when my bike goes wider and wider and almost wanna kiss the railing liao. I almost wanna jam brake when the railing comes closer and closer (normal human reaction mah ... hehe). Luckily my gut feel tells mi not to. I quickly close throttle, engine brake and lean like a mad man. Whew!! my bike gradually slow down and automatically pull the distance away from the guard rail.

 

If i had jam brake, 1) My both wheels would have lock n mi will be lowsliding towards the railing 2) My bike would 'stand up' from its lean angle and head straight into the railing.

 

Lesson learn... nv overtake when cornering.

every road u take is dangerous. coz not onli e road, its 2gether wif other road users.

BKE (towards PIE) into KJE, the S-Corner also quite dangerous. The last corner has the metal joint and its very slippery even on dry weather. Has also seen a few cars got themselves slapped to either side of the walls.

Paya lebar near bartley there oso dangerous.Due to mrt works.Got holes, uneven road when cornering, metal plates and sudden "slope" which i almost flew off.

bros, when midnight falls kranji xspressway more chialat.. u wuld notice when suddenly ur bike b came so heavy no matter hw fast u ride.. thr was nothin at the back when u turn ur head or look at the side mirror u will feel the hair of distraction by glancing to the side... really bro no kidding.. very spooky bros..
