thanks! got a few question lah but hope u don't mind.

wanna check how much u got it, interest rate and any hidden cost(admin bla bla bla fee) upon collecting?

and how much u downpay for this bike?

is the aftermart pipe legal bo?

cant get now lah, agent totally no more stock and really must wait as what sparkz83 said.

some bike shop carry = import de, they only give 6months warranty. I scare scare

Got the bike for about 16.8k with Akrapovic slip on at 4% interest. Tied for 4 years. Downpayment was 3.3k. As for hidden costs I don't think there is much but very hard to say shop won't charge a bit more or less. Overall with the price I paid I think it's fair la around market price right now. For the pipe should be legal la but once I get it and have it checked out at LTA I will confirm again. A shop as big as HL Cycle won't sell illegal pipe mah.

Gay up a bike and u get a Fino.Crash a Gilera and u get the ST200.

I got about 24-28km/l but I think can get better because I really whacked this bike cause very shiok. Pick up on this bike is crazy good so everytime Green light only throttle very itchy. If you're wondering why I whack during break in it's because I went for Dyno hard break in at Race Werks. Cannot wait to reach 1600k to whack. Anyway this bike's fuel won't be as good as 400x. I think this one more like super 4. Not as economical but is sure is a fun bike to ride.

Ok Guys, went to Wing Yap Balestier yesterday for my rack and was told by the mech that there's newer MT-03s coming is very soon with newer coloscheme. Racing Blue and Black is the first batch. Apparently theres another type of blue and a triple black.

The tricky thing about pipes is the documentation. My current impression is that you'll need to get the hardcopy of the certificate for annual inspection. No cert = illegal if inspection centre doesn't hold your record.

You annual inspection will probably kicks in 3 years later (IIRC), so better get your cert now.

I never own an aftermarket pipe, so can't help u much.

Thanks a lot bro! Yes as expected the FC should be around there. My hand usually not itchy so I'm expecting near 30km/L. Haha thanks for the clarification!

Ya if I get the new bike, please advise me how to break in properly ya! Ya now is a era that every manufacturers are making the bike with very good fc( protect the environment right I suppose). Correct me if I'm wrong, the tyre is smaller compare to super 4. Contribute lesser weight to the bike I guess.

Everyday need to travel around 50km, so this bike suit my needs :)

I don't worry too much cause HL Cycle deal with after market pipes with a lot of their higher CC bikes so they know their stuff. I owned an aftermarket LV pipe during my Gilera days and all they need to do is stamp an original document just like you said. So no issues there.

Normal breaking in according to the manual is to not go beyond 7000rpm for the first 1000km and not more than 8500rpm from 1000km-1600km. Also do not stay on the same rpm for too long but not to sayang sayang the engine too much also. Once in a while need to whack it so the piston rings will sit well. For me, I work nearby from home so it would take me ages to complete breaking in so I opted to go for hard breaking in using Dyno at race werks. Cost me about $128 inclusive of engine oil + filter change and I immediately whack on the way back home. Engine feels super smooth on 120kph.

The tyres are also a money saving aspect as is the same as the FZ16 tyres. They're not as big as Super 4 but feels stable enough and it wont cost a lot if you want to change them. You'll be getting the Michelin Pilot Sport anyway with the bike so that's a good stock tyre to start with. In regards to FC, it all depends on riding style, journey (more expressways=better FC) and bike itself.

Anyway the poison for this bike is also slowly coming in so beware! Bike is still so new but already got a lot of accessories from Wing Yap, Speedzone and RR Adventuresports. Very itchy.

i predict this bike soon will be like super 4 aready lah haha! i think i can tahan the break in! been riding at those speed for years! ya im quite surprised the back tyre is smaller than super4 and same size as fz16.

going to save this so next time break in can refer back!

Anyone know how much is the number retention for bikes

bro, u have huat number ah? I suggest not to retain. u need bid for new number for your vehicle, apply number retention for your old number (abt 1k or so). retained number must register within 3 mths. dunno if got changes or not. last time just not worth it...

I ordered mine on 11 July. Just got my bike yesterday. I think more stocks coming soon but I did not see any in their showroom yesterday. I think being one of the bigger bike shops in SG, no need to worry about long waiting time if they tell you so. If too long they will tell you upfront. Unlike some shops I know who tell customers 2 weeks but 2 months also haven't arrive.

Bro, mind sharing which are the shops who treats customers despicably until 2 months also never deliver.
