WSBK is nice to watch..Maybe becos they are using technology and bikes which is available to the mass public..Their timing is just a few seconds off per lap from MotoGP premier class races..Troy Bayliss seems to have a bad run recently..Alstare Suzuki has a good rider onboard..

And best of all, WSBK is streaming their race live FOC...

sbk is another racing event..tracks are more dangerous. they are not even tracks..some are normal rds used as race tracks for that day..bikes used are ur familiar names such as gsxr1000 and r1..but souped up of course.

Actually not really, WSBK uses FIM approved circuit all around the world.Have yet to complete the season but so far in all 6 rounds, it's all in circuit..

for SBK... a lot of GP riders so called "transfer" themselves over there... like checa, biaggi, haga... to name a few.. but i feel GP is a class in its own and SBK is definately more challenging... in terms of the cornering lines and all... so it's surprising that toseland still can manage such good results after coming intot the GP...

damn!

Hi,

I think you were referring to Isle Of Man TT;

Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race is a motorcycle racing event held on the Isle of Man since 1907. The race is run in a time-trial format on public roads closed for racing by the provisions of an Act of Tynwald (the parliament of the Isle of Man). - courtesy of wiki

They use modded street going superbikes to race.

Hoped I have enlightened you.

I have tried to see things from your point of view..But no matter how hard I try..Or what I do..I just can't get my head that far up my butt..

More or less the same.... everything on the bike is adjustable.

Shift pattern is reverse..... press down to upshift.

I believe none of the current MotoGP technologies is into our production bikes. What we have is technologies used by MotoGP years ago..2 to 3 years ago at least.

MotoGP tehnology is highly kept secret..once staled already then they release to the production masses..

Its juz my opinion.. :D
