actually it depends on which carpark is it.. or rather which terminal.. i think terminal one need and terminal two doesn't... the other time i parked at the term 2 multi storey carpark, i didn't pay anything... but one other time, i went to the term 1 outdoor carpark, i had to pay some money man...

For terminal one, it's free parking after 1030pm. Anytime before that, somebody will walk ard the carpark once in awhile and place slips requesting u to pay for parking at the machines...

actually for the Multi storey carpark (think it's at T2), i think u have to pay as well..cos i was warned by some bikers there to pay my fee at the booth on the 2nd level,if not, a slip will be issued to you bike by the aunties on duty. however,i think it works as the same way as the open space carpark at T1, after a certain timing, the carpark will be free to public..

hi...went to airport on a sunday. parked near T1 at open space cp- behind the control tower. alot of bike lots there and no need to pay also cos got space beside barrier for bikes to pass through. if im not wrong, there are 3 open space lots all around airport...

There are 3 carparks at Changi Airport. Carpark A, B and C. A is the open air type, while B & C is the multistorey carpark. Recently they started to use ERP type of parking for cars and bikes. Cost remain the the same at $1.30. Bike free parking is from 2201hrs to 0659hrs daily.
