It's not free... Most of the times when you enter yishun 10 carpark, a bangala will walk up to u and demand $1 parking fee... If they're not there then of coz it's free lol...

its actually priced at $1.10 for yishun 10 carpark.. but the barrier is short.. so all bikes should be able to go tru.

 

but i only saw 12 bike lots in basement 1.

 

northpoint and yishun10 dun welcome bikers i guess.. muhaha...

the only areas left are mscp or unsheltered carparks.

for jurong point, no overnite parking n do not park at car lot cos smtime they will clamp ur bike.

happened to me. although i parked so near to e pillar with ample space 4 a lorry to do a parallel parking. suay i wld say.

There is a parking area behind City Plaza at Guillemard Road.

But it is NOT free.

FYI Changi Airport is not free, Day charging is $1.30 and night is $1.30 too, i'm working in Changi Airport so i know, please update.
