woodlands civic centre is free, but limited space. everytime i go there, the lots are all taken.

and as for Novena sq, i used to park inside the loading bay when i work there. can see alot of bikes parking there also. cant miss it!

I have started my lessons at IOI Plaza and found out the correct amount to be paid for parking.

 

It's $1 per entry, to be paid to the warden by cash. Parking is to the left of the warden, right at the top of the slope.

 

As I have lessons 3 times a week, I would like to find FOC alternatives.

 

Is there any FOC parking near IOI Plaza?

You can pass the barrier but I'm not sure there's parking for bikes.

You can park at Capitol Building car park just next to it.

Ritz carlton can park at marina sq car park, its within covered walk way to ritz carlton....

 

Orchard hotel is free, sometimes the security guards makes noise, but usually they dont really care....but then i am not too sure whether it was orchard hotel or orchard parade hotel, the one that i am talking about is the one with muddy murphy's.....the one with the red devils bar in the last is definitely not free......even park behind near hard rocks also kena....
