actually i feel its better to change to better brake hose at least.. the effect is much more better den stock hose in any of the bikes out there.. had tried on heavy bikes to light bikes.. but perform quite well too.. can ride with more confidence .. am sure tmax will like it oso..

my idea to upgrading the braking system is as follows as according to order..hope it might be useful as another suggestion.

 

1) brake pads

2) brake hose

3) rotors

4) brake pump

5) brake caliper

2. brake disc

3. brake pads (most prob will change when changing brake disc)

u change the disc with pads 1st...if still not gd enuff,the hoses..by then shld be able to ebrake at half the distance instructors at driving schools can...i tink these 2 are alrdy very potent..but if ur a tailgater n hard stopping freak (E.G. chiong 180km/hr down orchard rd n hard brake at 3rd arrow frm stop line...), go for all of the above..hope this helps... :cheeky:

1-3 is much easier to be done..4-5 might be big project depending on bikes which I guess doing it on a tmax might be easier than a runner

Change number 1, 2, & 3 is more than enought for u to go down track le.. unless u thinking of thrashing all the big bikes in PG or Sepang then u will need to do 4 & 5. BTW... changing 4 & 5 won't come cheap.
