what's the difference in the chain numbering?

the guy used yamaha chain n rear sprocket.

now there's a weird clicking sound coming from the bike's rear everytime i apply the rear brake while pillioning....

solved the clicking sound,my chain was too tight.but now my brake light wont flash when i apply front or rear brakes.count it be a faulty connection or a relay somewhere?

too bad i cant attend the outing tho...got a family gathering that night
