How much will they charge? And where is da shop to install?

 

shop charge $40 2 horn with relay plus installation.. 2 horn cost $16.. so i guess installation ard $20-$30 since its not their product..

urgent! need some help from u guys.. i just change my front tire to a bigger size. change from 70/80 to 80/90. however,after i changing it,i faced some problem. i find it very hard to corner.meaning when i steer to the left or right,it wobble and i find it hard to stay to that position. meaning when i corner to the right,my tyre will automatically want to return to straight position. then if i press my front brake,my tyre tends to move to the left.evn if i was going straight,when i press my front brake,it will tend to move to the left.

Actually a few months ago i had a small skid.then my alignment is a little bit out. but what i cant figure out is when i use the 70/80 tyre,eventhough aftr the accident,this problem does not exist. but when i change to a bigger tyre,it become like this. went to ask the mech but he says that i have to send to press the fork.but he also not too sure about it.they tried to adjust my oversize brake disc but to no avail..

And it is reasonable to send my fork for pressing for $60? anyone encounter this problem before. is the tyre or fork or my brakedisc is the cause of this?really urgently need some advise on this problem.thanks alot guys.please help me.

 

 

halo. like most have said it's most probably your fork. could also be due to your allignment. if you free hand ride at slow speed (50-20 km/h)and wobble, should be steering cone and allignment. $60 for pressing alright la. but go to a trustworrthy mech lor. don't later $60 only change your fork oil only, muahhah.:dot:

haha.thanks for the advice.collected my bike and now the problem is already fixed.and it's due to my fork.it bent.haha. anyway thanks for e advise :thumb:

 

btw,any sparks rider wanna sell thier illegal/tong/modded pipe?do pm me aite.thanks:P

Bought a stebel horn a month ago. still cannot figure out how 2 install on to my spark. Anybody noes any motor shop can help me install for free?

 

I just installed a set of Electric horns - Stebel Magnum $19.50 bought from Mustafa Centre. There are 2 types of horns - electric and air-horn. Air horn is illegal in Sg. The usual electric horns are used in cars - so it is OK here. I installed them on my SparkZ attached each to the front basket. There is a separate toggle switch installed on the opp side of the ignition key. The ignition key is on the right. On the left there is a blank similar to the ignition key. The OEM horn is still in original place. I went to the 6th floor carpark of Sim Lim Tower ( along Jln Besar ) and got it installed in less than 45 mins! I paid $20 for the labour. Just go to the 6th floor carpark at the end and you will be able to find it. They install Hi-Fi and accessories for cars. It is open from 1pm to 8pm. But got there early cuz you may to q up if there are others. You also need to buy a toggle switch at $2.50 from Basement of Sim Lim Tower for the horn. It is a small round metal switch with black color button. Horn is very loud and OK. But if you want to buy it from the mechanic at 6th carpark also can. He quoted $35 for the Hella horn but I did not like the red glossy color so I got a set from MUstafa which is matt black color instead! I would like to upload some pics but then I do not how to link it another site etc etc.... Pls email me at [email protected] if u need pics of the horns installed on my Spark! Check it out.

Hello guys, is it cheaper to purchase spark fairings from jb than sg? From what i know, jb has alot of varieties to choose from... i've nvr went to jb b4 so i'm not too sure about the pricing...

from my friends opinion,fairings at jb is much more cheaper than in sg.and there are variety colour available.if u tend to diy ur bike,recommend to buy an extra fairing and the original fairing u keep.so that u can use ur original fairing in future when u r selling ur bike.hope this helps:cool:
