speaking of that. My fren rode my KR all the way to penang and back.

 

He gave me back the bike as a wreck man.

 

I had to reservice every thing man.

 

Including decarboning my Exhaust and top engine ( plus change of pistons and stuffs )

wash the carbs, redo the packin in the exhaust, change EO

 

cost me a bomb man.

hmmm last time my kr also like that. I tried to find the last owner and get the key frm him. Cus sometimes the ex owner will still hold on to the original Key. Cus sometimes is the key ( which the shop gives ) is not original and poorly refitted by the keysmith thus resulting in difficulty in the ignition and fuel cap.

really??? That could happen? I had mine duplicated for $8 (expensive, I know) and it fits perfectly to both ignition and fuel... it even looks like the original so no complains.

Hey take 2A then chg to X1 or sparks? Might as well don't need to take waste $..Can use it to zhng your KR..Ahaha..If got a 1000cc X1 or spark I sure take class 2..Ahaha..

I am wearing dat raincoat.. it's quite durable, I figured if I touch the ground, that thing might save my skin a little bit. Has inner netting inside. A little heavy and is hot (so not ideal to use during sunny times) but worth it.

well if it werks perfectly then its worth it...once i duplicate a key for $10 and it cant unlock my bike or open up my petrol cap...go back to the shop like 3-4 times to get the duplicate key fixed but still result the same...so sick of getting back to the shop i juz give up...nv gonna patronize tat shop again.

for the on, reserve, off oil flow switch- shld i turn off the switch wen i park my bike?

usually hw long can the petrol `tahan(last)` on reserve?

 

is there any indication wen the 2t is finishing? any light reminder or sumting?

full tank lasted 250km.. only run another 30km in reserve but think still can go... dun wanna risk getting stuck in expressway... haaa.. at ur rpm meter, below there's a 2T indication... its lighted during neutral.. if u kick into any other gears and it still lights up means time to top up 2T... =]

you can turn it off in case leaking of oil.. but for others thinking is no need de lah.. but i did switch it to off.. and sometime i tend to forget to turn it back on then half way thru my journey my engine stop .. i was so anxious loh, have to kick start again in the middle of the road or sometimes traffic light.. kena twice le i think .. haha

For the reserve oil should be woodlands to changi airport bahh .. as what my bro say(dunno true anot =x ) ..

And for 2T oil i not sure for krr, cos my previous bike is SP

but for what i know 2T last at least of 1week depends how u maintence ur throttle.. if the more u throttle the more 2T u will use.. haha..

1 week is too fast in my opinion. is it because your 2T intake is tuned to be much higher ?
