the last time I rode on my friend's spark, it's kick down front pedal to change to higher gear and kick down at the heel pedal to go to lower gear...

So now how different is it to change gear with racing footrest?

Kupchais all no need to change footrest laaa... do like how the mats do it, use pillion footrest LOLS

COMEBACK KID was awesome!!!

hmm..dunno la..cant remember much..sparx n wave got same type of gearing system i guess..cuz my frens wave also like tat..kick down front pedal to gear up n kick down back pedal to gear down..

my fren changed her sparx to racing footrest..racing only one pedal ma, up & down..unlike orignal front & back, only down..so somehow d gear assembly or something must have been changed to accomodate to the racing footrest assembly..so now her bike to gear up must kick down & vice versa..why is tat so i also dunno..hehex~

Racing footrest mainly for show .. the metal is easy to break, rubber is easy to lose and braking is usually affected. Racing footrests allow a kr to corner until the ferring gets scrap, but more den that, u be over the tyre limit and buang. That's why the stock footrest is better, even if u buang, the footrest will "bounce" upwards and absorb less impact. It also has that cute safety metal thing beneath to warn u that u have reached ur cornering limits..

Want the best of both worlds? Install a bracket lor!

it was working well b4 he got the racing footrest install
Racin footrest brakin mechanism thingy doesn't work well with drum brakes..You can make it work..But mech don;t have the time to entertain you to that extent..Unless its his own bike he's workin on..

When i saw e word WWF, e only "diva" that came across my mind was Chyna..
I was referrin to the time Machoman was still in the scene..

hehex..my fren's sparx change to racing footrest now her bike gear assembly different already..frm kick up to gear up, become kick down to gear up & vice versa..lolx..
You can do that for just about an bike..If I'm not wrong there are track intended bikes usin that method/style..:D

Clutchless bike like wave..You can change the gear up or down just by kickin either front or back gear pedal..It (The gearing) goes one round..

lolx blahh..hmm..dun look nice ley..hehex~~

guys, who wanna go lepak at dam later? just lepak talk cok..shake off the monday blues..

The bracket shown isn't nice..With time and the right tools..You could make a nicer lookin bracket..:thumb:

Dam on a Monday? o_O

just wanna confirm with you guys, Kawasaki KRR ZX-150 is the full model name right? or are there different "KR"s?

KRR ZX150, KR150, KR, KIPS, KRR150 all refers to the same thing.

KR150 is the correct short form.

Kawasaki ZX-KR150 is the long form:angel:
