i've this slight but irritating problem with my bike.

there's this whistling sound from my bike when i'm on the go(hence i can't determine where the sound is coming from).

 

ASSUMING the whistling sound is "taa"..

the sound will go like this, taa taa taa taa taa and etc when im moving relatively slow.

 

if im going very slow, or about to stop... it'll go taaaa.. taaa..taaaaaaa.. taaaaaaa...

 

when i go faster i can't hear the sound cause bike get noisy but im sure it's still there.

 

im currently on 980++km .. have not done my first servicing yet.

only got this recently, maybe 2-3 days back.

 

any idea ?

ur whistling sound meaning its e sound from e wind entering ur helmet?

perhaps its ur chain???

 

anyway,dis is wad i do when i hear sounds...find a multi storey carpark...n rid eup slowly,try to look for e source where e sound comes from...dun wear helmet...but be careful though...

in multistorey carpark,e surroundings is more enclosed...so u can hear e sound more clearly...rem,be careful...

What are the original sprocket ratios for the KRR? And what is the rpm for 100km/h in 6th gear?

nope, have yet to go to a multi storey carpark to try it out. and it hasn't rain all day so i've not gotten the sound.

 

and when it rains, it might not be in my schedule to go figure it.

quite a vague question, but roughly how much does a full servicing of your bike cost ? let assume i service/change the all the necessery parts

of my bike.

 

will it go above 100 bucks ?

 

anyone been to sanfu ? how's it there ? and the waiting time is roughly how long ?

sounds cheap, its about SGD$90. well, another 60 bucks more u could get one pair made in japan.

As for fairing, jus head down to lab, should cost about 50 bucks if i still remember clearly..
