i think desmond is more refering to the earliest possible meet up time, which is 7.30, and can even get waayyy later, cuz there are tendencies for people getting delayed and be late..and with some of them being regulars going jb, i'm sure they'll know to go in the usual time when there is no jam, which wud be abt 11???
