hi guys i am sure some of u here have had a piston seize/jam before...can u please tell me what is the symptom like? coz jalal said that my symptoms do not tally with a piston seize..so i wanna see if anyone else had different experiences during a piston seize..

when u are buying a kr make sure the the tyres are new! lol..and also maybe sprockets, engine sound must be sui and er also i think covering the exhaust while the bike is idling is also a indicator of whether the bike is okay..i heard that if the bike die immediately when u cover the exhaust, its not in good condition..

i think u must ask a experience fren who know the shop quite well... then ask them to help u talk if u dunno.... if not u will end up like mi... going back to the shop like 8-9 times on the first month....... during the warranty...and the person who sell u..... ask him to write down all the things tat he suppose to give u...if not end up like my fren....kanna charge for paintwork when it's said to be free... say will give him helmet then nv... then he end up going ah boy buy helmet then go back collect bike...kns.....

u take out container alrdy??? remove everything inside engine tt is used fer 2t(washer etc). den ur throttle cable still connected to the 2t side? take out that also den all the hole cover with screws enugh. btw if using premix rmbr to shake well before moving off.

 

i havent take out. but im thinking about it, cos some ppl say, nv take out container and washer etc, premix oso no problem. how much do i have to pay roughly, to do this?

to anyone who know me... i have a sad new... i will not have my kr with me any more by this monday if confirm... tear start to roll already sia... emotional sia wan... long time sia tear nvr rolls down the cheek... i enjoyed my time with all of you people... my first bikers friends... first bounding session... my 1st trip to jb with u guys... you all will be miss and reminiscence the fond memories i had with you guys... i want to sey big thank you to hassan,shamie, khai, apit, hafiz, christ, nizar, jino, asim, jay, totie, hirman, fadil, lokman,suetz. for the wonderful memories... ride safetly dude and sis

i was wondering if it is.. cuz i went to IKEA/COURTs/GIANT at tampines.. But lucky.. this morning ok liaoz...

 

went to view a krr150. friend tested the bike for me as i dont know anything about bikes. Friend claims that the bike he tested while riding have abit vibration and also pickup speed is not as good as it is suppose to be, any idea why? hope experience kr riders can help

 

err.. check for engine sound... is it rough? check for tyre.. check for 2T and coolant.. Check for valve... Check for all lights working/ check for fuel tank got grow grass anot... Check for brakes and brake fluid/ check for fork seal got break anot/ check for suspension/ check for fork alignment/ check for all switch working.. (I've brought my KR for 1.5years, and to realize that for the past 1.5years, my temp is spoilt!!!) KNS!!

 

Lastly, check for petrol switch is it leaking petrol anot..

 

Still got alot alot more to check.. chain rusty anot/ wiring under your seat got mess up anot.. ignition key got spoilt anot.. and etc etc... aiyo.. meet up and we will talk non-stop.. but mostly you will ask me one thing.. how to mod nicer.. tio bo?

 

yes, have not bought a bike before. haven gotten my licence as well, but thinking of getting one before passing. any shops to recommend at AMK area?

 

how do i really go about checking bike condition when meeting up with sellers?

 

just hear engine? i went to see a bike yesterday like i said, it tends to vibrate whhen riding, tested by a fren. why could be possible reasons and roughly the price to repair

just bring about $300 to jb and mod yur bike ...i advice to u is once u get the bike go and service yur bike .. then only u will know yur wear and tear stuff.. its all depend on how the person take care of the bike . one common problem rusty pipe.but no worries diy or go shop spary back...

 

then if that the case dont do it in singapore jst bring yur bike to jb bring about $500 and u got top mod yur bike...

 

haha... yeah... $300 to repair your bike MOST parts and CAN replace alot of stuff also...

 

$500 can mod and spray and repair... $500 is the most ideal.. but i can't afford that amount one shot... thus i went in at least 3 times... 1st time, repair and replace... 2nd time, spray.. 3rd time, spray and replace some parts again..

sure no prob, but betta to take out bcoz bike will feel lighter as in ur throttle respond betta. go jb i think they only charge labour fee

nope. juz dont open valve n make ur rpm go up till red line.
