i finish my run in at 1500km liao eh..than actually around 1200km i started to rev liao than i think maybe thats when the problem kicks in.not too sure also..now doing normal riding to see if everything will fall in place.

 

1200km mus rev liao lo.. i run in 600+ gt rev open valve.. 900+ kip on open valve wheneva i ride.. prevent valve jam.. but if wan save 1k den open lo. if nt, bike no power de.. gt change EO? hmm, go back to UM to do carb setting, tell them u overhaul running in ok le, do setting.. tink wont charge ba..

same here..i just put my cleaning cloth inside to absorb the water than just open my seat and drain the water if it is too flooded.

 

drilling holes...thats something new..good idea.

Not really..I just place my raincoat and tools in a separate plastic bag before placin it under my seat..

I repaired my exhaust problem, too much smoke coming out. Was shown that i need welding. My engine there got a crack. The EO slip into the oil seal area causing HELL LOT OF SMOKE. that's one of the many common reason i just learned from my Mech yesterday.

anyone went to mech and talk about the magnet coil on inside the engine casing? iits located on the left of the engine casing near your sporket.

 

there is actually a lot of coil attach on the casing and there is a magnetic circle attached the engine which will rotate around the coil to create electric field. anyone have seen it or touch it ?

 

i need some review because mine is loose and the mech told be to send for overhaul as suspect that that particular thing is lose which make my bike vibrate and does not have constant power. besides that, we suspect that bearing loose as well as conrode.

 

any reviews ?

because ur conrod alrdy lose tt's y tt thing seems lose its both connected. juz go overhaul.. change all bearings, conrod, clutch plate, clutch housing n clutch spring. after tt do a proper running in den ur bike shuld be ok. btw dont forget to use gd 2t!

Been there done that..Hence why I can put a set of raincoat and some tools under my seat..
