The bike shop said coolant leak, then the block chui or something. this time really big hole in pocket.

 

haha means must change piston lor...if u see the piston made in japan dun get it!!!**** the shop!!!its nt original!!! block cn rebore unless damage very deep...radiator leak dun weld back change it...do ask shop to check if ur conrod ban, eninge bearin got sound ant...if got change it oso...total might come up 700...if change block 1000...good luck to u:angel:

So means if block damage till too deep then must change whole block ? Anyway, what's the cause of it ? Before that I ride can hear some funny noises already, but don't know what's wrong cause I just started riding.

funny noise lik wat??yes if the scratches too deep must change block...if nt so deep cn polish it off...if ur engine nth wrong thn change piston onli will cost 200 plus sing...120 service charge to open thn the 80 plus to change new piston and ring plus polish block...

if u engine is the on that the noise comin from thn prepare ur slf to spent 1000...

u said there were funny sounds...usually it come from the engine ...block brand new cost 400 nw..i think...use to b 300 plus...bro u might wana check ur engine,cos if ur conrod damage u will face the same thing again...piston seize...are u goin to change block everytime??

Some description about the noise? is it high pitch? does it sound like ringing? Coming from roughly the bottom or wherever of the bike?

Dont assume change anything unless you're sure.

I was ban cos I helped fellow Singaporeans. Apparently some KRR riders in here and SP thread decided that paying more is better and acceptable for the same standard and quality workmanship.However, I cant help those that refuse to help themselves. Since they wanna l,i,c,k Balls,instigate the Ops to ban me and finally,they still allow themselves to continue paying more and more, I will no longer interested to help these backstabbers.Enough said!

 

However for my personal friends and good forum users, u guys will still enjoy my unbeatable pricing in servicing ya bike.

 

 

Im referring to our neighbour country. I cant be specific due to low life fellow singaporean working as spies.

 

Well, abt your block case. Be aware that most engine blocks are FABRICATED in Grade 1 standard. .Meaning they look totally Original but they arent actually. They are sellable as the same standard price and often,these shops will assemble for u b4 u arrive or even show u like magician would do, just a glance before they quickly assemble it.

 

However, for me, my block is original from Kawasaki and do look out for the engine part number. U may even call up Kawasaki to check it out cos each part comes with unique serial number.I will let u inspect b4 assembly.

 

 

Even if I wanna sell the FABRICATED one, I will tell u abt its source first. I rather be transparent and get backstab by some spies in here but to put ya money and life under jeopardy by using fabricated ones & tat is not what I do in business.

 

Also,guys,beware of Second hand clutch plates. Some shops reused the clutch plates. Wash and degrease them before resealing in a package.

Do careful visual check b4 u let them assemble.

 

For those who value their money spent, do take hints from me as I mentioned, Im out to ensure that Singaporeans will never again suffer exxaggerated prices.

 

if u interested in the block, pm me. i tell u the cost for original one.btw,what i said includes installation, no hidden cost.

 

For those spies, really pity u all. Touch ya heart and ask yaself, are u that cheap to work for ppl tat is out to cheat ya fellow Singaporeans?

 

 

 

 

bro i agree with u about the fabricated block...btw the serial numbers are oso printed onto the local porducts...there is totally no way to tell the ori from the local one...i onli cn tell original piston from local piston but block and carb i got no idea....

i have oso seen LAB pastin original stickers onto local product...

money problem. due to money problem, krr bikes cant be maintained well thus leading to different problems. hehehe..

 

But technically speaking, KRR bikes problem is just the starter gear. its bush bearings are easy to suffer metal fatigue.

 

Nowadays, i learn a lot from the manufacturer.im willing to share.

LAB pasting original stickers are totally different from original Kawasaki block. Trust me, there is serial and part number. one day, u not shy to come to my humble shop, i show u what to look out for and the virgin packaging. if still not satisfied, bring the entire packaging to kawasaki dealers and authenticate it. its just ard Tebrau city,jb.this is how much i dare to let u all find out yaself. if its not original, tell the world abt it. but if it is, its ya gain!!

 

btw, both orginal and fabricated are way different in weight!!

open up/full service.. see ur block,piston,ring,conrod etc.. see the block if deres any scratches. polish it if gt.. no nid to change.. waste $.. see piston if realli nidda change, den change.. change ur ring..

 

funny noise can be loose nuts,fuel tank etc.. chain oso.. dun wry ash bro.. dun tink so much.. i used to tink too much oso.. lols! cheers~

was riding along cte just now, and was about to exit amk ave1 my bike give up on me.

im not quite sure wht happen.

 

was travelling at around 110-140 cant remember, and when i saw the exit, i close throttle.

the next thing i know, my bike give way. lights off, engine went dead( i think ) ?fish tail.

im not quite sure of wht happen.

 

kick to neutral gear at road side. then somehow, engine was able to start immedately upon a kickstart....

 

can some brother give me some advice on this ?

theres another shop at AGL selling alarm for just RM95. Hmmm if u enter AGL, the first chinese shop,ppl called him GEMUK. he is selling alarm for RM95. Its a one way alarm exacthly the same as or similar to KS motors. two way alarms, better get at LAB singapore,cheaper some more.

 

whats the diff btw one way and two way can enlighten me?

 

btw any1 wanna go in on friday afternoon to visit hassan's shop im going in to have my bike check, do full service and change my disc brake.

Relax bro. Dun think much bout it. Take ur bike for a check up. Dun get fool by mechanics who say this spoil that spoil when everything is doing fine. Like ur piston, they say ehkk ur piston so black lei..want to piston jam alrdy. must change piston alrdy. But the actual fact is, there's nuting wrong with it. They decarb the piston and it looks fine after that. The problem arise if ur piston do have very deep scratch or so. Not fine scratch btw. Which u wont feel when touching with ur hands. Dun get fool by that. Also loose nuts, chain n stuff can lead to the noise. Basically you cant really know where it came frm. Bout the compression thingy, yes it need to have the compression when kickstart. Just pray it didnt effect ur block. Block can get arnd 300 plus or so. Must ask around. Whatever it is..just check ur bike dude.
