hey bro des/fellow pilots.

 

was riding along cte just now, and was about to exit amk ave1 my bike give up on me.

im not quite sure wht happen.

 

was travelling at around 110-140 cant remember, and when i saw the exit, i close throttle.

the next thing i know, my bike give way. lights off, engine went dead( i think ) ?fish tail.

im not quite sure of wht happen.

 

kick to neutral gear at road side. then somehow, engine was able to start immedately upon a kickstart....

 

can some brother give me some advice on this ?

 

You are having the exact same problem as me. If its ignition(like mine) it should cost abt 35 at sing. cos last time i buy e bike i changed ignition to be safe. now spoil again.

 

dunno how much in jb tho.

theres another shop at AGL selling alarm for just RM95. Hmmm if u enter AGL, the first chinese shop,ppl called him GEMUK. he is selling alarm for RM95. Its a one way alarm exacthly the same as or similar to KS motors. two way alarms, better get at LAB singapore,cheaper some more.

Use a torch light to aid you to see better..Usually brake fluid doesn't need constant top up unless your brake line is leakin..

i change my front pad liao.. juz dat the rear i nv change coz the mech says my disc plate jia lat alrdy, change brake pad oso no use..

will a bend front rim affect anything?

 

It will affect the handlin of the bike especially when negotiatin bends..It can be pressed..Unless the rim is in the shape of a potato chip! Then must change..

 

I also not sure what happen, but they say is Piston problem. My kick starter when kicked down, very weak, don't have much force pushing back. Damn worried now.

There is a chance of worn out piston rings and a damage block..But there is a possibility the block can still be used..Everythin is gone if you can't even push the kickstarter down..However the best way is to get it "opened" and see what the damage is..A new block and piston set will set you back a few hundred..

 

Can try go to Val's shop..Give him support and who knows he might just give you a special irresistible price!

I was ban cos I helped fellow Singaporeans. Apparently some KRR riders in here and SP thread decided that paying more is better and acceptable for the same standard and quality workmanship.However, I cant help those that refuse to help themselves. Since they wanna l,i,c,k Balls,instigate the Ops to ban me and finally,they still allow themselves to continue paying more and more, I will no longer interested to help these backstabbers.Enough said!

Im referring to our neighbour country. I cant be specific due to low life fellow singaporean working as spies.

 

Well, abt your block case. Be aware that most engine blocks are FABRICATED in Grade 1 standard. .Meaning they look totally Original but they arent actually. They are sellable as the same standard price and often,these shops will assemble for u b4 u arrive or even show u like magician would do, just a glance before they quickly assemble it.

 

However, for me, my block is original from Kawasaki and do look out for the engine part number. U may even call up Kawasaki to check it out cos each part comes with unique serial number.I will let u inspect b4 assembly.

 

 

Even if I wanna sell the FABRICATED one, I will tell u abt its source first. I rather be transparent and get backstab by some spies in here but to put ya money and life under jeopardy by using fabricated ones & tat is not what I do in business.

 

Also,guys,beware of Second hand clutch plates. Some shops reused the clutch plates. Wash and degrease them before resealing in a package.

Do careful visual check b4 u let them assemble.

 

For those who value their money spent, do take hints from me as I mentioned, Im out to ensure that Singaporeans will never again suffer exxaggerated prices.

if u gt enuff 2t intake, den most likely not piston seize.. but if ur 2t pump not wrking well, den i not sure.. most likely, is spark plug, or the coil..

Exactly... A mixture of diff types of 2T plays a part also. Certain 2T's are very diluted or thick. When u mix em together, its diff to flow thru the pathetic 2T cable. Come out if u have the time. We'll explain to u more over conversations. Cos i hate to type.... Thks.

btw any1 wanna go in on friday afternoon to visit hassan's shop im going in to have my bike check, do full service and change my disc brake.

 

One way alarm = U armed ya bike and u go off. Someone came and touch ya bike, the alarm will ring but u might not know cos u arent ard the area..maybe u inside cinema or doing mast.!!

 

Two way alarm = U armed ya bike and u go off. Someone came and touch ya bike, ya be alerted via pager like system on ya remote. u can see a pic of ya bike blinking,thus u can know even when u arent anywhere near ya bike.

Cheap la..the prices for these two items are not expensive.The loose spark cable can be solve by simply twisting it tight. no cost at all!!

 

A fabricated kawasaki ignition key set is good enough, but the original is GREAT but not tat expensive. I can arrange for u !! hahaa..nowadays ah..KAWASAKI factory prices all i know..hahha..so ah, i can help.

 

Relax bro. Dun think much bout it. Take ur bike for a check up. Dun get fool by mechanics who say this spoil that spoil when everything is doing fine. Like ur piston, they say ehkk ur piston so black lei..want to piston jam alrdy. must change piston alrdy. But the actual fact is, there's nuting wrong with it. They decarb the piston and it looks fine after that. The problem arise if ur piston do have very deep scratch or so. Not fine scratch btw. Which u wont feel when touching with ur hands. Dun get fool by that. Also loose nuts, chain n stuff can lead to the noise. Basically you cant really know where it came frm. Bout the compression thingy, yes it need to have the compression when kickstart. Just pray it didnt effect ur block. Block can get arnd 300 plus or so. Must ask around. Whatever it is..just check ur bike dude.

First of all, ya bike is nice looking esp ya tail section! hehe..FIERCE!

 

Ok, abt the CDI thing. I dont know abt other brands and such, however, mine is originated from Kawasaki Japan and recasing at thailand. but whats the difference and story behind it? however,limited numbers only are available.

 

Ok,let me tell u all SIngaporeans..Im very transparent one! HAHAHA.. okok..All Kawasaki brands, KRR,Ninja,Cyclone..watever, all of their engines are engineered and made directly from japan thou some minor parts are made under license from Thailand. KRR model, engine compartment = 90 percent are made in Japan and 10% from Thailand and Indonesia. Full Assembly ports are in Indonesia and Thailand.

 

Our KRR engines are built in Japan. They underwent " Engine Break In " under dyno and load testing in batches and each batch using the Original KRR Sports Configuration CDI nicknamed as SERPICO. These CDI will direct ya piston/block, rpm settings and movement from virgin stage till break in stage till maximum stage. Trust me, our engine alone, can hit up to 260km/h!!!

 

However, after dyno, they will put in load testing, engines are to simulate a single rider,frame and fairings weight. The engine can still achieve speed of 220-240km/h.

 

After that, the engine oil from engine and 2T is suck cleaned and dry. Excessive carbons are flush using chemicals and the engine is pack and seal. Sent to Thailand and Indonesia. Once in Thailand, the awaiting CDI which already configured and set to meet LTA requirements are assemble into our bike,ready for Singapore market.Thus, we dont need to BREAK IN if we purchase a brand new bike cos its already BREAK IN!!

 

Back to the CDI used by Kawasaki Japan,these CDI after usage for several batches of engine, are discarded or sell to sub companies. These sub companies are from Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand. They will purchase these used but POWERFUL CDI from Kawasaki Japan and have its circuit board refurbished and they will change its casing.However, these CDI are unique. Unlike some CDIs tat are sold to almost any bike models, my CDI only work with KRR and Ninja models. If u ride SP, my CDI wont work cos its only meant for KAWASAKI KRR and Ninja.

 

How to know if there is no powercut?

 

Most stock bikes can reach 13RPM before starting to lose power and dropping to range of 12-13RPM. Unless u ported ya block,valve and caburetor, u can almost achieve abt 13 rpm easily.

 

However,using CDI with no powercut, even if ya engine is stock setting, u can easily reach 13-14RPM. This is what our bike is originally engineered but LTA regulations restricted it due to safety reasons!!
