well if u wanna me send it by package, im not familiar to send it out of the country, so i must ask the delivery services first...

 

in indonesia, especially jakarta,lots of aftermarket parts for krr...

especially carb n exhaust system..

u mean is extended placed at bottom of fairing, n covering the exhaust expansion chamber right?

 

i'll try dig some info, but maybe not in blink of time...

well the point of my presence in this forum actually i want to ask is the sparepart of krr price...

i think if its quite cheap than indo i would buy it from SG or Thai...

maybe Thai is still the best place, but its quite far n pricy to send a package from there to indo.....

Anyone ever get this problem, Like everyday die die must on choke than bike can start. Sometimes while warming up choke on bike also can off.. Go out leave bike in carpark for about 2 hours come back must use choke already.. Damn sian

Just change.. thats why i dunno why

on standard machine on krr, need a choke every morning, or if i wanna go home from office.

 

please check your spark plug colour. the electrode..

if its little white, its lean..

close your airscrew 1/4 to right or by need....

or if its to black, to rich, open the airscrew...

maybe, just maybe need a Pilot Jet replacement, up or down 1 size...

the key is your spark plug electrode colour...

 

its just a express help, plis check your machine if this not working..

Cause when I'm using 32.5, I need not on my choke to start.. but when i change back to 30.5.. i realise i need to on.. :(

YES, its the bigger picture...

but u should try to see your spark plug color to...

first u can try adjust the airscrew first...

if u still cant find the perfect color (chocolatte or red brick) n still get BLACK color, then u should down your PJ by 1 step...

 

always refer to your spark plug electrode colour... its describe wat ur machine wants...

remember, bigger doesnt always better

look at your side carb..

then there are a big screw.. to set an idle RPM...

n there is also a small screw to set the flow of the air that snuck in to your combustion chamber...

the fuel : air ratio should be balance...

but.. balance doesnt mean 1 petrol molecul : 1 air molecul.

but in combustion chamber it should be around 1:12,5

when the airscrew asetting match the petrol that run to your machine, then the spark plug electrode should be in choco or red brick colour...

the color describe the perfect burning in the combustion.

 

u should check n ask ur mechanic where is the airscrew located...

(im forget about the left or right side.. ups sorry... becoz maybe ur carb is different than mine)

i go turn here turn there,dunno nw hw many 1/4 or 1/2 to rite le...

 

coz nw when i dwn to gear 1,will stall sia..fk

dan i suspect is e idle rpm thing,dan i go turn

but i forget which side is increase or decrease.dan trial & error.

nw i set to + - 2 there.shld b okay nw

 

but any other possiblities other dan e rpm switch ?

when neutral dwn gear 1 will stall.

 

*bike* seldom use.

 

n btw.i dun nid on choke to start bike even few days nvr run

err... bro.. depending on your finance status.. if your $$$ is ok.. go for 1st hand.. at least everything is new.. 2nd hand has no "guarranty" that everything is good condition.. :)

 

hmm, i dun mind the cash, but then is it more worth it to spend the 3.7 k instead of the 7-8k? cos its already 9 years old

 

u get 1st hand prepare to spend more money change all gaskets and rubber parts. imagine those parts left there for YEARS no ppl use before, condoms also will become hard!

hi guys, Im another newbie here. Juz bought my krr zx150 last saturday, and collecting this afternoon. juz bought sent for servicing already too. so kiasu.

after collecting will full try it then update you guys of the whole performance ya! :)

u dont need to wait for the changes of the spark plug, just remove it and see...

it doesnt cost much time...

yes its trial n error if u dont have the experience...

buts its ok, it would be satisfy u if in the end u get the best setting for your bike...

 

sorry i dont quite understand wat u mean by stall.

just dont misunderstand which 1 is idle rpm n airscrew setting...

u should just go to ur trusted mechanic n try to observe him when he sett the airscrew..

then maybe next time u can do it by ur self...

 

because if u set it to lean for your bike, it might have a chance to jammed when u ride it...

becareful plis, u cyl block is not cheap...
