still trying to get use to it lor cos i bought it like 2 months ago....

i am using a M.Fizz EVO II helmet (w/ red, black, grey design).. brand does not matters as long as u wear is comfy and it will save ur head from any accident... i saw a M.Fizz EVO II helmet in plain white color, beri nice, should cost around $80..

just keep below 70km/hr till u reach 1600km.

at 800km, do an oil change. i advise u to use minerals. If there is none, use semi-syn.

when u reach 1600km, do another oil change. I advise you go for gear oil rather than 4T. 4T is fine also if you want.

Examples of 4T: Esso Gold 4T

Mobil racing 4T

Castrol R4

Examples of Gear Oil: Motul transoil

motul transoil expert

esso gear oil

So should i use gear oil or engine oil? which one better? >> For two stroke bikes, its best to use gear oil. You may choose to use engine oil if you wish to. Using gear oil gives a smoother gear changing IMO. Up to individuals.

If you like to know.. 2-stroke bikes has a seperate gear box. Unlike 4-stroke, everything together as one. That's why 2-stroke bikes need only gear oil to lube to gears. While yr 2T lubes yr pistons.

Nike - Just do it!

oh yeah, one more thing, do ask them to tune yr 2T intake to be higher.

After you finish the run in then lower yr 2T intake.

yup... and make sure everytime u warm up long enough before moving off, dont be like me ganna caught by NEA for emitting excessive smoke... :giddy:

thanks pple... abt e run-in can someone pls say more abt it?? i juz bought a open face helmet... mhr... open face from desker road there... tml is coming... i am having a bike very soon....

there have always been some differing opinions abt how to run-in a bike

some say be gentle on the bike dont go to high RPMs

some say ride the bike like normal and dont stay in the same gear for too long

some recommend the hard break-in method which is to whack the bike hard

:giddy:

im not sure which of the method works well for krr

but what i can be sure is that remember to change yr engine oil once or twice by the time when yr total mileage hits 800km or 1000km :cheeky:

hey guys, it's confirmed, don't buy kips, buy kups

kips are vulnerable to theft even if u have alarm!

not so long ago, my kip's butt was stripped

now my helmet which was tied to the bike was pulled out intact!

that is to say the helmet hook was bent and the helmet wasn't damaged

don't buy kips.

  :gun:

feel sorry for you man, but cant possibly because of 1 incident and you condemn kips liao
