if u using WET cell battery

check yr battery water if it's low already

if low...topup and let the battery charge up again when u ride for a long trip

if not low...then battery dying soon...get it changed

got good got bad

good = save money and u probably wont have a headache with excessive smoke emission problem

bad = may have insufficient lubrication when u whack yr bike

 

so depends on whether u r the type who will whack yr bike one or not

if u do...then go increase the 2T intake abit more

if u dont...juz remain lor

 

anyway...how little is yr little?

1litre of 2T every how many KM travelled?

check ur 2t pump, scully it jammed...

happen to me before, new bike also....

Guys .. i need yr help.... any 1 change their oil seal b4 ?.. cuz my white smoke is too many even i turn small my 2t .. then teh malaysia mech say my oil seal spoile. need to be change .. teh oilseal cost abt 40rm but plus larbour all tat he say 400rm.. izzit expensive .. just change teh oil seal .. ??

okay this is the prob im having.

from my exp, i know the oil seal is right inside your gearbox... to change the oil seal you will have to strip ur gearbox down to ur clutch n remove all the gears inside. its very very very very troublesome. and if you don't do it properly and carefully, it can be another potential problem. the oil seal is right at the very bottom, a thin rubber thingy, very small. dont remember cost but cant be so ex as rm40.

 

some mech in singapore charged me $250 just to replace tt oil seal... and the prob still wasnt solved correctly. till this day my bike is still a smoke machine...

 

if you do fix the prob, let me know.....

btu teh mech give me see is at the enigine i think .. then u do 250SGD liao stil not ok ar . many white smoke? u ride Sp or KRR ..? then how ?? 250Sgd just for oil seal? stil not ok? haiz.. teh mech tel me it wil make teh top speed drop leh ..

in addition to the speed u travel at factor

u need to consider how and what u do to get to that speed

 

u compare guy A who whack his throttle frm gear 1 onwards till 6-7KRPM or higher before he up gear till he get to 110KMPH

to another guy B who throttle until 4-5K RPM then up gear till 110KMPH

 

guy A would probably be so called whacking his bike lor

it would be better if his 2T intake is higher

 

if u ride like guy B

then maybe u should leave yr 2T intake as it is lor

cause i tink travelling @ 110KMPH is not too over-exerting on the engine

if reali wana use, use stp

 

i realise it gives alot of smoke durin the trip...

erm the only benefit would be to ensure better lubrication in case the piston jam or smth

 

however guy A will need to spend more in terms of maintenance cost on his bike lor...parts like chain etc get wear and tear faster so need to change more frequently

 

disadvantage will be excessive smoke...and more possible risk of having valve clot up w/ excessive unburnt 2T when u dont whack the bike for long period of time...and of course the need to buy and top 2T more often

 

maybe still got others which i havent thot of....hehez :cheeky:

yo ppl... is a FW krr zx150 selling at 3000 cheap? stock condition... used for 1 year plus oni... i dunno much abt kr.. can it run fast ?? wads de top speed for a normal krr zx 150? w/o mod.

use stp?? what is tat ? and will using cheap 2t give out more smoke? and is oilseal inside teh enigine parts ? black colour thingy ? i also think 400rm is a bit ex.. the mech say onli cost abt 50rm for 1 oil seal.. but for labour fee i dun think its over 300rm rite ? i just wanna know oil seal izzit the 1 inside teh enigine a black thingy somethign liek rubber ... the mech say my oil seal broke.. his english i also not listen very as u know jB ppl english . i onli know he say oil seal oil seal.. and he show me it inisde the enigine . a black colour thing.. dunno izzit what u guys say .. anyway i am not using premix too.. hope to get those Old B advice.. thanks thanks..
