i change rear oni 75..so i guess change both prolly 150 or even may haf discount abit..haha

 

but my rear tyre is d stock irc tyre..so d mech say wat cos change from tube to tubeless(or isit d reverse?) need to add 1 head or wat..duno wat he tokin la...den another $5 for it.since i duno aniting den chin chai...if kena chop $5 oso too bad la.

Few months ago, I bought a BT039SS rear from LAB at $85 include installation. This morning I went to HKL hoping to get the same price but despite very firm negotiations and me telling them that I have gotten it at $85 elsewhere, HKL remained firm at $95. HKL tried pushing a 110/70 front tire to me at $85, which I have repeatedly refused to accept. They even told me that LAB is getting their stocks from HKL. Needless to say, I went back to LAB.

 

At LAB, Ah Boy actually took the time to explain to me that due to tsunami, all sea freight imports are delayed, resulting in shortage of stocks for BT39 till after CNY. (FREDDY, I think that's why our toys are also delayed!) As such, he has no choice but to increase the price of the tire to me. My heart was racing & pounding at this time, hoping I won't look like a dumb fool when I head back to HKL..... Then Ah Boy finally opened his big mouth and said....$88! I took his offer!!!

 

OK enough of story telling..... TOM69, I forgot to ask both of them the price for front & back...Sorry!

The pressure for stock 90/90 front and 110/80 rear is 28psi, 200kpa and 32psi, 225kpa respectively.. Adjust according..

the KRR there are all rather new...so not sure if spare parts for our version of KRR is abundant or not

my dad change his S4 bt39 at $150

so i am sure krr tire will be less than that

recently notice kawa alot of parts easily rusty one... e handle clamp there also got rust liaoz... then fork also got some rust... how come like tat one? e part where we insert our key rite is gold color anyone spray to black color one??

i always used a cloth spray with WD40 and wrap all those needed metal parts after rain or 2-3 times a mth de.. but remember to wrap away with a clean wet cloth if kanan tyre or farring. This can prolong it from rusting..

To Joy - Sorry but I hadn't the time to set up my carb yet so I can't really tell you what the original settings were. The only thing I can tell you now is that the main jet is 270.

You could have taken precautionary measures by installing an anti theft bracket. I was rather fortunate, a few weeks after installing one, I noticed 2 long scratches on the bracket. This definately indicated a deliberate attempt was made to try opening my rear seat as well!!
