cannot even go uo to 200km/hour or can but it wil cut off? like u ride 205 liao it cut to 200..

problem is if u were to do so...when u close the throttle back...the valve would be jammed open

ended up when u try to move off after that...the bike exhaust sound different and until the valve closes back...u will get less power in the lower RPMs

hey don.. long time no post.. hee.. hmm just to check and with other fellow krrs pple.. how to close the valve back successfully? like after travelling for like rpm 8 or 9.. running at 140 like that.. close back by down gear using engin brake and open throttle a bit at every down gear? saw some SP doing that.. hmm.. thinks.. share?? i alwasy have low power at lower rpm.. sian.. duno how to close the valve properly..

guess its only 1 way thats decarbonise the valve with lowering the block :cheeky:

other than that u can cruise around 80+ and wait for the valve close by itself

use ring spanner and turn the valve plate at stationary :sian:

just some info for sharing :cheeky:

the clutch linings for kips use other than original will contaminate the engine oil

sort of darken the colour and lubrication protection ( hard to flip gear )

the other thing is the original piston kips use have clear 'ART' and no '2' carve on

unlike the imitation have blur wordings and no '1' also weights heavier

any opinions welcome to chip in

erm.... don i think the valve will not jammed at all if u service it properly

doesnt matter u whacked at stationary or chopped the throttle on high

speed :cheeky:

check the 2 thread thats holds the valve rod though ( damaged thread affects

the mobility )

mine got damaged due to the mech's improper handling

stupid valve jammed after service ( dismantling block ) less than 1 month only

discovered the thread damaged :bouncefire:

correct ! the muffler sounds hollow and no torque due to the excessive openin of

valve try close it with ring spanner on valve plate's nut think is size 10 :cheeky:

Thats called blipping the throttle. Do a web search to find out how it can work for you. By the way, that won't help your valves close. My advice to those with valve problems to seek professional mechanic help instead.

to stick within proper speed limit on e-way

u can try my method

use gear 3 whack till 8K RPM

after for ard 30seconds start to close abit...

then when ard 7K RPM up to gear 4 and maintain 6K RPM and after that slowly increase to gear 6

i usually only try this late at night when there r lesser vehicles lar...

damn effort siah.....

anyone else got better method besides going to service valve and changing a new one?
