All those whose friend said revoke license are pulling a fast one. Unless the offense include other offense like going against one way sign and not wearing helmet. Not wearing helmet is just forgoing personal safety, not endangering anyone but yourself in case of accidents. If it really cost endangerment to others, that even the turban Sikhs can't circumvet this law. If I am not wrong a composition fine of small amount is offered. Just a tot..but it could be different because of insurance issues...

i move my bike from the parking lot into the carwash area still on the same floor and still inside the same carpark building... While doing this, i don't wear helmet all the time.

if like that also loose license and 200 dollar fine.. very scary.

If the really short distance is like in the carpark building on the same floor like ardneh case then i think its okay. But if like outside i think no matter how short the distance just wear the helmet. If u want to ride u wear. Unless u are 101% sure that there is no one around.

What is considered riding? If I sit on my bike and straddle along not considered riding right? Does it make a difference if the engine is started? Cos sometimes I service bike in the open carpark and I need to test it (sit and start engine nia, never engage gear), like that not riding hor...

You know... Some people buy 4D always buy always tio, somemore tio a lot... Some people.. like me... buy that time never tio... Tio that time... finally... never buy... :dozed:

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.
