oh hohoho no prob. But really gets me thinking, i might be wrong also. Was thinking IF there really WAS a Shaft Auto Transmission. Hmmmmmm Could have leh really. Chain Auto Transmission(CAT) i knw is T-max la not too sure got others also CATransmission. hmmmmmmm

Its like when cruising still can pull off in a BLINK! O.O saw on youtube. So was quite facinated. But no one in SG perform stunt for me to see hahahaha

hmmm... my frn's black DN-01 had 40L H&B's junior side panniers... shouldn't be a problem...

 

and he's not a student...

 

IU... i jus saw on a few post ahead, he build a bracket on the left side of the engine and plant it there, pasting it black and making it looks like part of the bike...

 

1st bike to be in SG... i let u two debate... but for wad i know, there's 2 DN-01 in SG now... stock limited to 100 only worldwide... wonder how true on this...

The BEST bike tat i have own in my collection of more than 20 yrs! Just love d CBS, ABS n hydraulic shaft drive. Its d smoothest ride in d world, cant feel any gear change when riding. Just like driving a BMW 740Li!!!:cheeky:

I have my IU removed completely... didn't need it anyway... use the bike for going to work and short trips during weekends... never pass through any ERP gantry... Thanks for the photos...

Oh yeah... now then I noticed... his IU is the new slim type... why not placed it under the seat?... I think should have enough space.... mine is the old version... cannot put under the seat...

Hi... mine is registered on Sep 2008... and it's doesn't really matter whether which one is the first in SG... most important is to enjoy it and possibly share the experience, good or bad, so that others thinking of getting a similar bike will be better informed...

 

If I'm not wrong, his DN-01 is bought from BS, they bring in the bike for the 2008 auto show...

 

I don't think stock is limited to 100 world wide...maybe only sold 100 world wide for now... there is a forum dedicated to this bike here...http://dn01.org/...

dunno leh, according to my friend, if your IU is "spoilt", can bring to inspection centres and exchange for a new one within 5 years, after that you have to pay...

 

Sorry... didn't know anyone from Seng Kwang... I bought my bike from Looi's...

 

I used to ride up North during my younger days, before the NS highway is built... but due to ill health have to give up riding... only came back to the riding scene after buying this bike... took me a long time to convince my CEO... going touring up North? Can, she says... only on four wheels...:sian:... hopefully one of these days(years?) she relents....

No lah... just think only... anyway my riding pattern doesn't require the use of the IU...

 

At least their CEO can be bought by "kopi monie"... mine is uber strict...

A few days ago?... around OCC is it?... if the colour of the DN-01 you saw is purple then it must be mine... I think I'm the only purple colour DN-01 in Singapore... just for a quick update on my bike... it is doing fine... FC goes up to 21 km/l for 50/50 highway/city conditions... really like the smooth and quick acceleration from rest... cheers for now...:thumb:

Boon Siew quoted $28+K OTR w/o GST & Insurance wonder if year of manufacture is 2012..............exhaust design more sharp off and tapered plus bigger bubble perspex over meter.

 

OM exhaust a Taiwanese company offer aftermarket exhaust that gives a more potato potato sound from the v-twin about US 450+.
