flealancer,for prac 2,since u oredi did before,what do they test us if we wan pass??

 

prac2 got signalling,yellow box junction,lane change,safety check ,blindspot etc and SO... how do they conduct to pass prac 2???

 

what i can recall is that you've to ensure your checking of blindspot is correct.

stopping before the stop line, inch out a bit till your foot touches the white line, then check blindspot again before turning left or right.

 

bottom line bro, listen to the instructor & if you pay attention, can do properly 1

faizal, don b lazy to see previous posts, some of us gave quite precise steps and so on for each pracs. so yeah, take ur time and read the previous posts

yes, instructor will instruct you all to go to the reporting area and grab your raincoats..

HAHAHA! Prison break indeed!

 

A word of warning to those with sensitive skin... I wore it during a lesson last week and I came home with red dots all over my arms (where the raincoat was in direct contact with my skin) which lasted 2 days la. I even showered with anti-bacterial soap right after I got home and I still got the spots. And not to mention, the coats stink! Bleargh!

hi, i'm going for prac 5 next week. However, if i cant do my slope perfectly or i cant complete fig 8 in 11s in the first try, will I have another go? Or fail already?

angel87: Prac 5 is one try for everything only. One round for warm up, and then one round for assessment. If you're not confident about the courses, better to go for CR first and practice again and again until you get the hang of it. Good luck!

It seems that theft is becoming a problem for CDC. The instructor said that there were two cases yesterday, and a case earlier in the morning.

 

Next time I don't wan bring my stuff to cdc liao lol.

I guess it's cos anyway I left my bags there so many times liao nothing happen. Anyway there wasn't anything in that that valuable.

 

I heard a friend got his wallet stolen just recently also. That one is abit scary.

i suggest that u take CR few times before prac 5. CR only $10+ so its cheaper and u can practise more:cheers:

I think so too. Just now went for my CR, and one of the instructors reminded everyone not to leave our belongings out in the open coz 'CDC will not be held responsible'. And I noticed they shifted the raincoats elsewhere also.

 

faizal, if you want to pass prac2 the first time, then you must make sure you're confident of where and when to check blindspots, bike positioning (at junction), proper signalling & forming up. Once you damn sure about all these, i think its possible to pass the first time. If you didn't pass the first time also nevermind, but you must clear your doubts with the instructor after the lesson. Just be sure of what you're doing and you'll be fine.
