book for circuit revision, even better if you can arrange for road revision after the circuit revision, back to back - that's what I did :) - few days before your TP test. It would help you a lot, I passed on first attempts - 8 points :cheeky:

I get so annoyed with the cars in the circuit. They are moving too slow. Zzz. And some of them signal last minute. Got this incident, i was behind this car. I signalled right and changed lane. When i finish changing the stupid car horn me sia. He wanted to move in the lane i was in. -.- I signalled way earlier. Aiyohhhh

 

must be his/her first few lessons in circuit and didnt see you coming. confirm is the instructor who horned. sad to say, as much as we find them slow, they also think of us as a nuisance too.

 

 

Maybe car is harder than motorcycle.:cheeky:

aww ! i totally agree on this ! car is so much easier to control!

given de fact, you don't need scared you'll kanna points for wobbling moving off, never cancel signal(since when you turn, it USUALLY auto cancel de signal), dont need scared you buey zai when stopping - bike fall, and so much on !

 

damn. i miss de time im taking my car lesson !

seniors... i need hep in this.. ( pardon my drawing ).. if im vehicle c turning right, do we still have to give way to b when we are in fact turning into different lanes? and if they are all stopping there to turn into their slopes, can c proceed? wanna be really sure abt this before i go onto the road.. million thanks...

 

im actually referring to the junction at the 2 walls. usually there will be a row of cars at B, all signaling left and stationary, waiting for their turns up the slope, just to clarify, even though they are all stationary, i have to guai guai wait till the last car is done before i can turn at c? o_O

 

i hope i know which junction you are talking about.

 

anyway from what i gather from the instructor previously, on B side, if the vehicles is all stationary OR very slow moving(which is usually de case la), waiting to go up de slope & it's OBVIOUS, they are waiting on que, you can turn IF A side is clear from vehicles.

 

BUT, given another scenario, there's no que on B side, jus 1 or 2 vehicles turning left, you are suppose to wait till it's clear before you can turn in.

thanks for all the advices.. i'll like to know if for pract 8 and tp, will there be any instructor / tp leading the way? damn bad with remembering roads, went for pract 6 but have absolutely no idea where we were going...

not sure for 2B, but if you are no very sure with de route, try to get a test route paper from de instructor. they have a copy of the test route.

 

or alternatively, you can choose to go for more revision to remember de routes.

guys what do you usually do if u are waiting for RTT??

 

I completed my prac 5 oredi maybe i go for revisions fortnightly....

:thumb: in my opinion ah, IF u tight on money, don need go for revision ah, since u alr pass prac5. go one RR before prac 8 and as many as u wan while waiting for ur TP. u wait TP is another pain in the 'S', also nothin to do, so like archer said, relac one corner or do revision. LOL

you will have lots of time to kill after prac 7 and before TP..

 

go for 1 or 2 RR, either the 1st or 2nd session to have a gauge on the traffic conditions along the test route. ubi is famous for the heavy traffic in the morning..

 

as to how many CR, is solely up to you..

 

but i rather spend the $$$ on CR. less than 15bucks for 100 mins of fun! :angel:

 

where to find such a good deal? free petrol and damages not under your liability.. :angel:

coz i heard my fren from bbdc told me...then he say if after 1 month never pass RTT must retake prac 5 izzit???

My friend told me that BBDC has expiry date for their practical 5, weird. Don't worry, CDC don't have.:cheeky:

Yes. My friend told me that when i was waiting for my RTT. I thought i was screwed. He said that the instructor will stamp the expiry date on the checklist. But i checked, dont have. Maybe is only BBDC?

hi Seniors,

 

I just enrolled for 2b this week, I will be going for practs next week onwards, any tips for a beginner's 1st lesson? haha.
