dun get wat u mean leh...u want to tint wif sticker or u want to put ur car wif sticker?

 

tinting is a layer of film that stick on to ur glass to prevent UV and heat from going in...

If u wan good heat rejection get better ones like V-Cool or 3M.. If u just want the tint any cheap brand will do..

get those lamps for you to test the quality too.

the most basic package at $168..

quite worthwhile i guess..

 

but i was quoted $40 per window to remove my previous film..:giddy: :giddy: :giddy:

that's $80 for removing my front 2 side windows..

 

in the end, i settled for a full package in JB for RM280 with removal of my existing films.

$40 per window is the labour i need to pay to remove the solar film that was stickered onto my window..

 

whole glass no that cheap.. anyway even change is also free, can claim insurance.. just claimed my front windscreen, kinda a bird ****, i guess the bird ate some titanium bolts..

Went for V-kool on the 2nd day i collected my car.

 

I will say it's well worth the investment, after 2 years no peeling or any signs of deterioration.

 

About 3M solar films, i have heard about reflection or wavy lines problems, especially at night. Of course, YMMV.

Slow down abit, smell the air and enjoy the scenery.

 

Caught the touring bug once again!

they are quite informative and helpful.. they will try to explain everything in detail for their customers.. good customer service..

 

i like their electrical section.. got a lot of stuffs for me to DIY..

it not advisable to tint your headlights, as it's not legal..

 

why not try go for eyelids..?

true.. my friend's car is V-kooled, so much diff compared to mine..

but i got no such $$$..

 

my front windscreen recently cracked so no choice gonna get a new one..

for protection from sun and security protection..

a windscreen without solar film will just crack and collapse..

whereas with film, the window will not collapse..

 

a full package is far more worthwhile than just doing the front..

 

just front - was quoted abt $100, proclaimed good quality, unknown brand..

 

a full package - did it for $140, unknown brand too.. butt felt that it's better than my previous one..
