anyone noe wad add to email to appeal for LTA fine ?

i was recently fined for my racing footrest ,tinted headlight ,faulty tail-light and sticker type number plate ? :cry:

if u fail d tyre inspection, dey'll ask u to come again once u change to new tyre in a few days or wat, nt too sure..

so once u change to new tyre, juz bring along d receipt n show it to dem..

dun hv to pay d inspection fee again...

wow... racing footrest you also kanna... must be you si bei suay lei... Hmmm, 1st thing I'll do is to go si ma lu bai bai...

 

Go and send a email to LTA and "try" to appeal den,, :)

lolx... "MOST" of the time can pass inspection de.. unless you go to those TP inspection den "might" not pass... and one good information for ya.. fix your bike like mine will do... keke... :D

cause by *law* racing footrest is not approved (correct me if im wrong) . all ny fren were fine for the footrest . another thing is we were court by TPs and escort back to vicom for inspection . so the inspector will be abit strict i guess .

It don't make sense leh.. Racing footrest not approved. Apparently racing footrest would not effect or result in enhancing performance of the vehicle.

 

Relatively, most of my friend's bike is equipped with racing footrest and was able to pass the inspection. So i think it all depends on the official. My friend has ever being fine for the fast blinking rate of his signal light..

Okay.. here what it is...

My pipe standard liao... ONly thing is racing footrest + no rear brake light...

Actually.. it doesnt make sense.. no matter u brake front or rear.. the light is gonna be there.. it wont actually tell the vehicle behind u r BRAKING UR REAR BRAKE... so i dunno why must have both in workin condition... haiya... sianzzz

i got registered mail from LTA to ask me go for inspection....

 

cause it seems that the erp never suck in the money from my cash card..

 

what would there check there??

Ur IU has money filter and resistor in it.. Haha..

To inspect you can go to any vicom centre. see the address provided behind the letter and decide on which centre to go in your convenience..

hey there.. need some help here.. i haven paid for my insurance and renew my road tax for 2 weeks.. will there be a fine for it? must i pay extra?? im panicking already!!! help HELP HELP!!!

read your road tax renewal notice.

i put my Led Strips under my seat + Change Blue High-Power Led Bulb(T10 bulb i tink) of my Spark135,will i pass the inspection...?

 

btw my switch is under the seat...

 

will the inspector ask n ect..?

today i went for inspection..the tech didnt check my LED...some does some do not...mine is LED bulb...

 

for wat i know, different center different style..some failed but just tell you, some require u to come for re-inspection..

ride safe today,ride again tomorrow

Hi guys. I need some advice from u pro out there. I got a problem. I just down payment for my bike, it will be bidding for this month end COE and going to reg the bike for May 25th. After i sign my agreement forms then i was been told that my bike need to have it inspect on the very first year of THIS NEW BIKE!

 

THen i start to question him. All his answer given to me is that this bike was imported bike thats why it need to be done every year. He claim that the delivery of this bike was delay more then 3 mths from the factory which LTA rules is and thats why it need to inspect every year thro it is a NEW BIKE.

 

I feel kind of weird about this but i cant refund it either.. SO any nice guys know about this case or happen to come across this case before?

 

Pls give me some advice if anyone happen to come across this too. thanks..

U were lucky ur spaceship passed the inspection . Maybe too many Fazers went for inspection tat day . :angel:

phantom headlight alway fail inspection

 

Hi guys, i'm riding a phantom, inspection due in July, just received letter...

 

my 2nd hand phantom, the "highbeam" switch will on the headlight while the "lowbeam" switches off the headlight, is this considered illegal? i also dunno why the previous owner go arrange like this...

 

and also, planning to go to AMK JIC to inspect , anyone has experience to share regarding the inspectors here? Thanks :cheeky:
