I doubt u can get an accurate answer..whatever price it is.."FY" years number plate aside..what kind of condition is the bike in? Thia ia what u should look out for. Buying from the owner..he be a liar as not to tell u evrrythingy..buying from a bike shop..definitely mark up is there and what does the shop knows truly of the bike. You have to shp with importance paid to the condition of the bike..not by years in age as wif number plates.

hi , i got this prob wif my box.. cos the metal piece which connect the base plate to the rack gt crack, resulting the box to be v shakey and not solid firm...cos the box shakey, the screw every auto come out... im thinking of changing the metal piece , each on one side.. basically its jus a piece of metal wif 3 holes.. i ask unique gt sell jus the metal or nt, they say cannot, mus chnge whole rack... which is a wste of money...i wondering anyone know whr can make??

Heh Tiku...can't promise u..go to Ban Hong workshop (behind blk 5032..the 4th lane going in) at AMK Industrial Park 2...they use to have a lot of 2nd boxes and rack from onwers that change to new one...cheap cheap can buy..look for Ah Tee..tell him I recommended u..see they have what u need or not.

May be speedo cable broke..if ur bike is a non Vtec.

Hi guys. I really need yr help. My bike had gone for fork servicing last month, replaced front hub, front bearing and all necessary clips... My question is, when is the time to replace the steering cone? I really hv no idea how does it feel riding with a 'koyak' steering cone? Hope u guys can share ur experience..... Thx!

Roll or move your bike forward and brake hard!..if your handle bar moves or rock back and fore slightly with a "Ker-Korc" sound..the cone bearing is damage.

Ah pek..any idea how much to replace the cone bearing?...got a feeling mine seems to be koyak...from wat u describe...cos sometimes got sound at the fork when braking hard....

Sound from fork area?...could be your fork clamp (upper/lower) bolts need tightening. Also sometime its the brake caliper piston lockin the disc when you brake test..not necessary the cone bearing. Another way to check is to leverage your front wheel and swing gently you handle bar from side to side..if it shows great resistance half way, 3 quater way or stop, your bearings in the cone assembly is about gone liao. You can be sure only if the handle bar rocks forward and backwards creating the noise..not the fork. Anyway..cost for replacing cone bearing is at the very most $125. Can check wif Ah Fook..do asked for 'discount'.

Thanks ah pek! got my fork fixed in JB for 70rm. But my alignment kinda off. old prob due to fall. kin i just adjust it by the big screw in the middle of my handlebar?

hi, i jus bought a ver s and i kno nothing about s4... hope u guys can enlighten me =)

 

1) how much and where can i find the rack for e21 side panniers? i kno some might say ah boy, but their workmanship is u know i know =P

2) i see some setup with e21 slanting downwards due to the exhaust, while some position the panniers higher so as to make them look straighter, which would be ezier and more comfortable for my pillion?

3) where can i find this head/windshield? and how much is it? anyone use this b4, got review about it?
