i got the same problem before but it was my coolant that was leaking and it was leaking from the coolant pump. changing it cost me 180. u need to check what fluid is that.

 

Was your leakage a lot? I'm getting a few drops everytime after parking.

Hi people , seeking help from all the lao jiaos for super4 in the forums.

Newbie super4 rider here

 

Have a spec1 with yoshi tri-oval fs. have a few question in mind.

 

Does it come with silencer/baffle or doesn't?

 

looked down the pipe and there's nothing except the netting/mesh on the walls of the exhaust. so i guess it didn't come with a silencer but it sounds terrible , sounds exactly the same as a stock pipe even thou it's a full system.

 

What can i do to make it sound abit nicer and louder? Moving off , idling , vtec-opened still sounds 90% like a stock pipe.

Any tuning or any settings/calibration will help? Will rewrapping/re-sleeve the exhaust help?

Lastly if any bros able to recommend anyshop to do it will be best! *running on a limited budget!*

 

Any help or enlightenment will be greatly appreciated! Happy sunday btw bros!

Im riding spec 3 wif the same fs pipe but when open vtec the sound change and doesnt sound stock anymore. Especially at idling, it sounds like stock pipe but after a long time i tink the fibre inside melt oredi now sounds more hollow/bass even at idling. Nothing done on the pipe

Go for some long distance ride few times on Nshw .. Let the fibre burnt off.. Then the growl will be there

Hi guys, my s4 spec3 giving me some slight problems.

 

Anyone here ever encountered while cruising at gear 6, it suddenly slips to neutral and my throttle is suddenly so light. When I throttle it doesnt move and I have to down gear for the gear to engage. And while slowing down my bike jerks back and forth. Anyone have any idea why?

Gear 6 to neutral?? Very dangerous leh. Better bring to bike shop for a check asap! It would be very nasty if it ever slips from gear 6 to gear 1 or 2...

The problem is it doesn't leak when it's stationary, it only leaks when the bike is moving, and the e/o will get sprayed all over my left leg.

Hey guys, need help here! I wanted to DIY my speedo bulb. So I removed the headlight screw first, followed by the 3 screws behind the speedo cover. Then I realised the middle and left screws got stucked to the broken screw holder (hole). It's hard for me to explain but I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to explain. Now the broken screw holders answered my question to why theres a wire holding the meter casing to the main display. Question is in order to fix this broken screw holder, must I purchase a new speedometer set or is it possible to just change the plastic set? Another solution would be to glue the screw holder to the main display but of course it'll be temporary before another gluing has to be done again. Thanks!

Mine is as good as exposed la bro. But anyway I fixed it using wire to hold the casing together.

Check your fuse box ...

 

Prolly the fuse for the time n milage is not sitting properly .. Check that out

 

Dnt seem to find a link of coil to reset of time n milage
