i'm using a autoglym product, can be used on the plastics even on the box. It can restore the 'faded look' but once it dries out, you can to re-apply again... so its just constant touch up.

Honda Phantom TA200: Sep 04 - Dec 05

Ducati Monster M400: Dec 05 - Feb 07

Honda Silverwing FJS400D: Feb 07 - Jan 09

Honda Shadow 400: Nov 10 - Dec 11

Aprilia SR Max 300ie: Jul 12 - Mar 15

even if e colour has already faded? will it restore e black look? may i noe where can i get a can of tis?

these product actually allows you to moisture the color of the plastic back but with a certain period of time. the only way to maintain a permanent color is by applying paint work onto the plastic but provided with a special liquid (sorry dunno wads the liquid called) that allows the paint to mix with the plastic effectively. cause if u spray onto the plastic itself with the liquid after a while the paintwork will just wear or peel or off easily.. perhaps u would like to consider getting it sprayed.. you might wanna consult your bike shop for more info..

hope this helps :thumb:

I use Maxima SC1. Good.

But to maintain the look longer, please cover your bike if park in direct sunlight.

Otherwise, must re-apply after 2 to 3 weeks.

It is indeed a JDM 400cc version.

Cost $17000+ OTR. It is only a facelift. The digital fuel guage and radiator temp is replaced by analog ones...

$17,000 OTR is too ex for 400 cc, the older JDM version was only abt $13-$14k.

Even with improved looks and ABS, it doesn't cost $3k more.

How abt 600cc? anyone know the price?

Talking about Boon Siew, does Mah take its honda bikes from Boon Siew or they parallel import? Anyone knows?

People ask me, "Why ride bike?" I ask them back :"Why drive car?"

why? thinking of selling your burgman 650? changing to a silverwing, you'll only regret. in terms of high/low speed handling, cornering and stablebility, think u better stick to your burger.

no one is gonna bring in the 600cc silverwing. no market. to buy a 600cc SW, i rather get the t-max. torque for the 600cc SW looses to the EURO SW 400. there is only an increase of 10 to 15km/h top speed for the 600cc SW compared to the 400 EURO

No lah, bro, just backside itchy, asks asks only lah.

Just cannot accept the fact that they (Boon Siew/Mah) are charging so high for Silverwing GT.

But bro, according to HK website, for the new silverwing GT, the engine is placed more forward that the old SW (JDM or Euro model), and it claims that that improve handling, but must test ride then can tell.

its because of the increase of the Yen currency. all shops selling ard the same price also.

blackmagic protector works good for mine b-man....

well what i did was simple, any next day i am not riding my bike i always apply the engine oil on it...........not much but just enough to darken the plastic parts also reuse to save mother earth..........remember not to apply too much on where you put your feet but to also wipe it up for very very lasting reasults
