running in got 2 ways.. the factory standard way.. or the hard run in way... hard run in before nothing happen.. u gotta maintain ur rpm at every rpm like 6k, 7k, 8k, 9k, 10k slowly slowly.. u guys can read up abt hard run in =)

half the price? hmm..cant rem.. hw much does it cost now? 130? but the fabricated ones are much heavier as compared to the original ones rite? this will result in the valve to open in a higher rpm as the normal one due to its extra weight. right/wrong?

 

i haven't gotten my hands on a fabricated valve, so i have not idea about the weight.

 

Its pulled by cable, so regardless of the weight it shouldn't be significant if there is any difference at all. Maybe if you find the valve is stuck or open later, it is probably due to bad fabrication? Or perhaps a carbon filled valve. LOL. Time to DIY

 

For the price of an original valve? 160 was the last MO @ ARC.
