hey guys, i need some help.

anyone ever experience the battery dying after pressing the start push button?

first time i start was no problem, but when i kick gear 1 with the sidestand up it dies. then when i try starting it again the battery will die as in the instrument lights go off, the battery sign appears and there's no cranking sound.

I went to FM n he said the battery condemned. wth, its only been 6 mths. and when i went to MAH they said they only do their own bikes. the bikeshop I bought it frm dont really know much abt aprilia.

im riding 07' btw.

more power = more wear rate.

if u r able to stand the wear rate, u can try the 154cc polini kit from Mah Pte Ltd.

pls note any mod on cc is not legal and on the polini kit also stated for "race use only" so don't expect any warranty . . .

tanks for the fyi... of course me bike restoration is for race use only... i like the old replica bodyworks..:thumb:

Hey guys, any of you ever done, or thought of 'converting' your gloss black paint job to a matte black paint job for your rs125?

I prefer the matte black effect, wondering what consideration are present..

Any help would be appreciated :)

Aprilia keyswitch assembly is contact by ball bearing. After some time of use, the wear & tear causing disconnection when you turn your key on. Just give a shake on your key, regain the connection, you can overcome the problem.

Singapore weather is hot & wet, day & night change in humidity. 2 stroke need to make slight adjust on the idling screw to suit the condition. Try a few adjustment till you find the best position where your motor don't die off easily.
