UPDATE!!!

 

The apartment are left with those that can fit 8 person comfortably. And I have listed the top 8 person who has paid/definitely confirm to be in the priority list.

 

Any additional name will either have to be "smuggled in" Sure got space, just maybe not comfortable. So unless additional person call Khai up after 5pm and before 11pm today to make payments, he will not book another room...

ryujin, stick with aprilia. RSV4 beats ducati hands down. the only advantage ducati has, is burn more of ur money. LOL.

 

trust me, seen the RSV4, u gonna love it. tried it ( which i also want but no chance ), u gonna just buy it! haha!

anyway, ah jin, did u purchase inlet manifoid for ur carburettor? and also do get some jets as well, so that can tune ur bike more conveniently to the style u wan.

Hello Khai sorry for the delay in getting back to you. had a router problem and could not connect with the net. Have included the workings out for you and supplied our company account details. The cheapest way for you to make the advance payment would be if you knew someone in K.L that could pay for you and you could pay back into their account when you are here. Other than that there will be a bank charge for the the transfer.

 

 

2 nights X RM 470.00 = RM 940.00 X 25% for the advance payment = RM 235.00 or approx $ 96.00 Sing at today's rate of exchange.

 

Check the financial institutions before sending as somechatge up to 100% more than others for the transfer. Can you please send an e-mail once the funds have been forwarded i will then monitor the account and advise once received.

 

Please note the ringgit cannot be traded of shore so you will need to send the funds in either auzzie dollars or the currency of your choice, once in Malaysia the funds are then converted into ringgit and deposited into our account, can you ensure that either your name or the dates of your stay are included on the funds payment slip so i know who's funds have arrived and can advise you accordingly.

 

We do ask that the payment be made within 5 working days as this helps us when answering inquiries for the same or similar dates.

 

Any other queries or questions you may have along the way please do not hesitate to ask.

So do you have someone in KL who can help us pay the deposit for us or we need to source out for someone?

 

If that is the break down than, RM940/ 8 = RM117.5

 

Rate SGD1= RM2.44

 

So that is approximately SGD 48.20 each if above rate remains unchanged.

 

If all have paid $25 deposit then a remaining of $23.20 would need to be paid for accomodation. If Khai is doing a bank transfer and charges are incurred then we need to recalculate this to return him the charges equally among us.

 

If anyone have someone preferably a family member who can help us pay for the apartment's booking first, then when we get there, we meet him/her and pay back the deposit amount, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Just some words of caution to those guys who are riding up for the MotoGP at Sepang.

 

Bring a long chain to secure your bikes together at the hotel and especially at the track. Preferably chain the bikes to a fixture that is securely anchored to the ground..eg lamp post or railings.

 

Every year, without fail, after the MotoGP, there are posts by members of SBF asking other members to help lookout for their bikes which was stolen at Sepang or KL.

 

There are bike theft syndicates there and they are most efficient at stealing and disposing the bikes. To them.. the MotoGP is a busy time.

 

All the bikes that were stolen in the past... were never recovered.

one cbr1k was stolen right infront of equatorial hotel lobby, with a 24hr doorman and security video recording the whole theft, which took like 30secs.

 

i was supposed to park right next to him but was re-directed to the basement with the other spore bikes.

 

30hrs later, another bike from the stolen cbr's group had theirs taken at machap, just as they were walking up the flight of steps.

 

better to be safe than w/o a ride home.
