PISTON SEIZED ACT 2.

 

guys this is real scary. my piston seized again last night. bad situation, as its pouring cats and dogs at around 4 plus in the morning.

 

same spot as mon. CTE after the bend before amk ave 1 exit, same thing happen. bike stop wheel locked. my bike skidded for at least 10 metres because of the rain, compared to last time. my piston sezied at the same spot. my god.

wow ... How cld it happen again man ? Tats sad .. Juz change to 4 stroke bike la ... easier ... haha ....

Guyz , is there any news about khai ??? He still not back yet in singapore or wat ??

Upgraded to RS 250 le, mostly I will DIY when I can (e.g. replacing spark plugs, engine oil, washing carb etc) so seldom go down ... Everyone oso become on either extreme of the law, or on the way from REC -> ORD

What do you need? I'll try to get them to add on extra stuff before they open for business on Monday. (It's still Sunday over there in US)

I was trying to clean my rs125's headlight's lens(the glass or plastic?) as it become's very dirty from inside and the lights is really dim, but I screw it up... the inside part fell off and I couldn't click it back...

 

anyone got the head light unit or knows where can I get in Singapore?

A new headlight costs £91.56 = S$211 without shipping. Shipping is about £45 so total is about S$312.

 

Delivery will take about 2-4 weeks.

If really don't have, then get for me the "Made in Taiwan type.

 

1. Full gasket kit. ( Athena type )

2. Rear paddock stand ( Alloy type )

3. Oil feed pipe tube ( Clear )

4. Oil Supply pipe tube ( Green )

5. Dellorto VHSB 34 Gasket Kit

I'm also intending to get this German made CNC-machined aluminum valve housing. Look at that beautiful piece of German engineering, all for S$150 only!

 

It looks awesome! And is supposed to work just like the original.

 

It's made by the same people who gave is the new CNC-machined Powervalves. I'm so getting a piece of this heaven to go with the shiny new valve.

I'm considering changing the whole damn unit including the solenoid, the type of 2T I use and my ride desperately needs a top block cleanup service..

 

I'm really unsure right now if I've broken another valve or not..
