me and you both. i think we can only expect the shipment somewhere next week. but i'll be in hong kong frm 14-20th. so dun get alarmed if anyone tries to contact me and cant get thru. not gona turn on roaming at all. gona get ass raped on this mth phone bill. was in kl during the weekend and i made no less than 7 calls to sg numbers due to me sitting on the phone coz of my habit of putting it in my back pocket. bleargh.

Guys, today i tried to shift my brake pedal downwards. However after shifting it, i have found my rear braking to be quite ineffective. With the pressure i'm applied on my brake now, i could lock my wheels before the alignment i had made.

 

1 reason which i had suspected was when i shifted my brake pedal downwards, the spring tension which was holding on to the pedal, was greatly increased. Previously the spring wasn't really much of a use as my pedals was position upwards.

Kindly leave yr opinion on why braking power has decreased drastically.

 

our brakes work by pushing brake fluid thru e hoses to activate e calipers, IMO, by shifting e position of ur lever further downwards, ur actually decreasing e amount of brake fluid ur lever compresses in e pump cylinder thus resulting in less effective braking

lol ok i did a very stupid thing. I went to the petrol station to pump petrol. Thinking that bike dont need to insert the pump all the way in, i just inserted abit into the tank then squeezed away. Ended up with a petrol fountain and petrol flowing all over my bike very much like a petrol fondue. Whole bike has a 'nice' petrol fragrance now even after washing

 

anyway, it was my first 100km on my bike and the tank went from full to empty. My fc is like sports car -.-"

could it be because i ride constantly at 5k rpm (bike sputters below 5k rpm)? Or is it just my carb being overly rich? I notice that my exhaust has black fluid coming out too which is splattered all over my number plate and tail end

This morning i go for inspection at vicom yishun and my bike fail !!! it's bcoz i forget to check for one thing . the rear plate holder bcoz i now im using custom plate holder WITH NO PLATE LIGHT , NO RED REFLECTORS AND THE PLATE IS TOO HIGH. So guys where the heck im going to search for the ORIGINAL plate holder ?? or maybe u can lend me for the inspection ?? PLEASE HELP ME !!! MY ROAD TAX GONNA EXPIRED 12 JUN 2011.

I believe insurance is dependent on your riding experience, rather than your age. Simply, P-Plate insurance for Aprilia RS125 is around $1k.

I was 22 when i just passed my TP and was quoted 1.4k.. Btw, u cant compare a QQ with RS man..!

Hey matey! I've been out and about, so have only been checking in every once in a while. Bike was great after I got back from 37M. Then I went overseas for a week and a half, and when I got back, bike was bogging horribly at the start (felt like the same problem I had at PG), but it got better with time. I'll test it around the roads next week and if all is well, will be keen to head back to PG. If not, I'll be at 37M sometime soon. Will def let you know when I am to see if you wanna hang out and help me stress out His Imperial Highness Ah Seng
