Are you keen on getting it? I'm 100% confirmed to getting it in July after my exams. I think finally some idiots realised the Polini is not as revy as the 125cc and the RPM range is lower than the 125cc, thus resulting in the same or more torque at a lower RPM. Therefore, the Polini doesnt have to have at 10-11K RPM like the 125cc in mid corners, 9-10K RPM is more than enough to pull through. Stupid Mofos love to run their mouth, and usually get egg in their faces. I know of one guy, who's constantly seizing 125cc blocks, and even the Polini. Must be because he's too stupid to advise proper settings to the mech! Hehe.

 

In any case, the italkit looks soooo yummy. Can't wait to play around with it. I've had some fun, and some headache tuning the Polini. Now playing with sprocket ratios to counter th torque and quick gear changes.

 

Well im hoping my flat piston will turn out ok. If it dosent then next step is the 144 kit. If everythings fine im gona be ordering a spare piston on ur next order. Anyway, cant wait to get my bike fixed! Parts are on the way, but the wait is killing me. What postal service did they use to send ur order? UPS? Or parcelforce. I had a bad experience with parcelforce before, hope they dun screw this one up.

erm anyone of u guys know what is the market price for rs 125 05 model. might wanna get a quote from shop on monday. if the price is right i will dekit n bid goodbye.

 

the recent one i saw somebody selling 05 model ard 3k.. too bad i just got one 03 model otherwise can buy yours...:D

is yours e one at FM now? saw one FZ plate there with stock paintwork..

Any good workshop for servicing other than MAH?

Whats do they include and price for the servicing?

What engine oil and 2T is recommended?

Engine Oil = OWS from Germany, Full synthetic. 2T get Maxima with Ester.

Closed on Sundays dude. Ah Seng carries Torco brand gear oil if i'm not mistaken. Not sure about the performance though cos i don't use that. Sorry. Btw, our bikes use gear oil, not engine oil.

Hi there.. About Torco gear oil, I've been using it since December till now and how many times have I practice and even join few race, my engine never fail me and still going smooth.. Still I admit,125cc block rocks. The endurance is superb.. But still depends on how frequent u high rev ur throttle.. The more speed u use, the often u change the gear oil is better.. Well the rider should feel what's ur machine needs..

Thanks for the vid Raj! After watching it I was also inspired to make one, but this is the boring warm-up lap before my throttle cable broke. I was going really slow and also revving my throttle to check my carburetion as I've just installed a new carb. Was also trying out the No-Brake Drill to build up some confidence. A bit rusty from my long hiatus from track days.
