Speaking of testicles, i have a friend who broke or burst(im not sure of the actual term) his right testicle when he crash his SP to a curb.. It actually swelled to the size of an orange, no kidding.. Damn scary..!

Does petrol destroy plastics on the bike? A few days after my petrol splashing incident, my erp palstic cover just broke off at the hinges by itself. the plastic hinges just cumbled and broke off into pieces. and there are stains on my windshield

stain on windscreen yes.. result of petrol... but if its making plastic weak i not sure about it. but damaging paint work petrol is real good at it.

oh yes and Lawrence,forgot to ask u whats yr ratio when u rode yer bike in Sepang.. i need a base ratio and work from there

 

2T:Fuel ratio?

For race use 1:30-1:40 (with upsized jets because more 2T means leaner mixture)

For city riding 1:50-1:60 (safe, but with plenty of 2T spewing out the exhaust muffler)

My ratio 1:70-1:80 (clean exhaust, dry valve, clean and dry spark plug, but don't blame me if your piston seizes)

Ok. I will provide the axe. More exciting than cutting off with a knife. With an axe, if you miss, you cut off everything.

We used to jump off stuff on our trial/XC/downhill bicycles. Back when bus stops were the old beige and orange shelters with flat roofs, we would climb up those with our bikes, and drop off. We called it the bus stop drop.

 

A buddy of mine slipped off his pedal when landing, so his butt missed the saddle. The bike had hit the ground and bounced up, so his nuts hit the top tube of the bike frame while he was still falling down and the bike was coming up.

 

His right testicle was crushed, but he is still alive and well with 1 surviving testicle. Fathered a kid some more, so apparently no impediment to sperm production.

Yes, any sort of plastics which are not chemical resistant will be weakened by petrol.

 

During one of my DIY session, I foolishly cleaned the tail light mount with petrol, and it literally disintegrated into tiny crumbs.

 

Petrol and brake fluid may look harmless but they will damage and stain a lot of things like paint and plastics.

I'm so excited - I finally managed to get one of my PG GoPro videos edited! Unfortunately it's very short - only 25 seconds - and amateur-ish.

 

I'm currently using Windows Live Movie Maker. Any free alternatives you guys have used and recommend? I had no trouble with WLMM for this short video but it crashed everytime I tried editing my 2GB/25min video. Can't wait to spend some time this weekend editing that video to make me look much better than I actually am

I'd safely go with the usual treatment Vik always recommends - change to a 135 main jet.

 

 

I'd recommend a 132 The One, since Chris seems to be using the panel filter. 135 usually works well with the empty airbox.

Are you keen on getting it? I'm 100% confirmed to getting it in July after my exams. I think finally some idiots realised the Polini is not as revy as the 125cc and the RPM range is lower than the 125cc, thus resulting in the same or more torque at a lower RPM. Therefore, the Polini doesnt have to have at 10-11K RPM like the 125cc in mid corners, 9-10K RPM is more than enough to pull through. Stupid Mofos love to run their mouth, and usually get egg in their faces. I know of one guy, who's constantly seizing 125cc blocks, and even the Polini. Must be because he's too stupid to advise proper settings to the mech! Hehe.

 

In any case, the italkit looks soooo yummy. Can't wait to play around with it. I've had some fun, and some headache tuning the Polini. Now playing with sprocket ratios to counter th torque and quick gear changes.
