hello guys here... wondering if ani 1 of ur have come across a veri small sized voltmeter.. i saw it on a bike a few days ago.. nt too sure wat bike izzit, bt e volt meter is realli veri veri small..

 

its even small than e Dynamyx voltmeter which is sold out there..

Time to go for servicing liao.

My ride 1 yr 9 month but milliage only 17k.

Fuel consumption recently (past one month) increased by at 10%.

 

I'm going to change EO & filter.

Will have the belt, clutch & rollers checked and replaced if necessary.

Spark plugs & air filter should be ok cos changed at 10k.

Comptemplating abt whether to change the batt.

What else should I consider?

 

Really dunno what is causing fuel comsumption to increase...

saw a silver SW with aero exhaust cruising beside me along PIE from toa payoh till KPE this morning about 8'ish... tot of waving hello but saw from side mirror a car closing in fast behind, so decided not... safety first

Anyone know what is the stock brake pad brand and cost per pair used by our silverwing 400 ?

 

Just did a check with my motodiam where I brought my silverwing.

 

He told me it is $80 for front and $85 for rear for stock brake pad, cost almost the same at Braking pad.....sure a not, anyone here know ?

If you do a search I remember I posted the price before. Cannot remember how much does it cost if I'm not wrong the price is 60. Our front brakes pads is the same as black bird.

Change your riding style? Travel less on highways, tyres pressure?

EBC & Braking are 2 different brands. CM55 is the model of the pads. this belongs to Braking.

Hey guys! Due to very little response from this new thread. I would like to invite all of you guys to make some noise and check out if there are any events upcoming in our Singapore Tuas circuit. Most importantly this new thread will also serve as a place for all of us to talk about anything that relates to racing, techniques, brakings, taking a corner...etc etc.

 

The scooter scene is still very small in Tuas unlike the Yamaha cubs. So i would like to promote this new thread for some of you guys here whom always wanted to know more about scooter racing and also where and when to watch. The upcoming race will be on 1st of March and it's open category.

Changed my brake pads at Tai Hin last week.

Original Honda parts $75 for front pair and $75 for rear pair.

Felt better control at v low speed.

Will engage drive almost immediately when turn the throttle.

Less gap.

Good for making slow speed U turns.

 

by the way anyone tried the Dr Pulley before?

Guys actually original brake pads are less then $75. If i not wrong rear ones are cheaper. can get from FJT and change urself. the most will only take up 20 - 30 mins of ur time.
