$85 rollers (Dr Pulley)

$18 slides (v shaped clips together with the rollers - Honda original parts)

$40 labour

 

Actually when they opened up to inspect only the slides need to be replaced.

Rollers and belt are relatively usable.

I just decided to replace them.

Also replaced the batt for $160.

 

BTW, Honda original rollers $40 only.

so what is the total damages?

brakes pads 150.

belt and roller 240?

total 390?

I dunno how to DIY so just pay for it lor.

I dun go for servicing often (typically 6 mths interval) so just replaced them to save me a trip.

its been a long time since we last had our gathering (don't count the A&W trips lah). so far we've gathered at KKFC (now under reno), CCK park, Longhouse at thomson, Al Ameen at bt timah

all this is charge depending on brand, model and demand on the bike.

Another thing is that is it normal for Bike shop to charge $180 to use a retained number on a new motorcycle. Wing Yap told me this which I think it is absolute bxxlsxxt

 

to retain old plate on new bike is only $100. old plate to old bike is $1300. all this are LTA's pricing. ASP also charges the same.

i remember last year dec paid $150 admin for my SW,but have to loan 2 years ! Also have to buy insurance from them! This year i got my ntuc insurance ,so much cheaper! Why bike shop charge so high when bad time!
