In ferry, better park with mainstand even though though also provide wooden block to stabilise bike with sidestand.

 

Where we stayed

Chaweng Chalet - N9.534024, E100.06707

Small carpark but location just next to the beach and the shopping/eating area.

Cosy and quiet but must get some Mosy spray or repellent.

Might have better Hotel/Resort in Chaweng but can try your luck.

 

What we did

1. Joined a Day Tour of the Island - included some of the places listed below.

2. Joined a Day Tour to Ang Thong Marine Park - Very nice, must go.

RS Tai chi is already very good. Very heavy rain insurance is additional layer on top. I use one expensive one, one cheap one. Cheap one goes on top of expensive one. Cheap one is worn back to front like those old uncles. Best. Hahaha.

Depends on your comfort level. Ex is price of Rd tai chi. And even then there are two levels, dry master and rain master? Something like that. To ones own comfort level. Cheap one just buy from ah Boy or mustafa.

Mine is the dry master as it is lighter and easier to fold. Rain master, have to check out; you know the price?

I have used agv and drymaster. I loved agv but its big n heavy. But confirm top dry, pants wise it started leaking within 1yr. Drymaster i using now. At first i thought very flimsy n lousy, but omg!!! Its amazing. Bottom and top always completely dry. Super good in my opinion.
